JAMES Argent has revealed he's "lonely and struggling" after splitting from girlfriend Stella Turian.
It was revealed in November that Towie star James, 36, and 19-year-old actress Stella had gone their separate ways after a year together.
Arg has confessed he found he hard to adjust to single life and particularly struggled on Valentine's Day this year.
He told the My Dirty Laundry podcast: "I'm in a really good place. Everything in my life is perfect, apart from my love life.
"It would be nice if that would change. I'll be completely honest, this year I really struggled on Valentine's Day."

He added: "I remember, I woke up and thought, I am not going to look at social media.
"It's not that I'm heartbroken or upset, but just because I knew it's not going to make me feel great because I didn't have a Valentine, I don't have a girlfriend."
Stella is based in the Italian mountains, where she lives on a ski resort and the MailOnline reported in November that the long-distance relationship became too hard for them.
An insider said: "Throughout the summer it became increasingly difficult for them to meet up due to their work commitments.
"There are no hard feelings between them, they still follow each other on Instagram, and James is even invited to come out to ski with Stella and family early next year.
"They made lasting memories, travelling around the most romantic parts of Italy together and Stella visited London for the first time to see James, but for now they have mutually agreed that their relationship is over."
Arg met Stella at a wedding in Mykonos, Greece in the summer of 2022.
