Ariana Grande is moving on with new boyfriend Ethan Slater, officially finalising her divorce from ex-husband Dalton Gomez.
The former couple had a Kim Kardashian-style pre-up in place, making their marriage unwinding much easier. Their divorce was made official on Tuesday after the Thank You, Next hitmaker filed six months ago at a superior court in Los Angeles.
Papers state the chart-topping singer and real-estate agent went their separate ways more than 12 months ago. Their pre-nuptial agreement, lack of children and any significant legal dispute meant the pair's case was quickly dealt with in weeks.

The outlet states that Ariana will pay her former spouse a one-time sum of $1,250,000, with no future alimony.

It also states that she'll give him half the proceeds of the sale of their home in Los Angeles and will pay up to $25,000 toward his attorneys' fees. Their divorce petition stated 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their separation.
Ariana and Dalton got engaged in December 2020. The couple tied the knot at an intimate ceremony at their Montecito home in May 2021 but sadly went their separate ways after less than two years of marriage. It was all over almost as quickly as it had begun and Ariana filed for divorce in September 2023.
Ariana began dating new beau Ethan in July 2023 and news first broke days after it was confirmed that Ariana had split from Dalton. Her new man filed for divorce from his wife on July 26 2023, so the timings always appeared to be very close, per PEOPLE.

He's a dad and welcomed his son in January last year with his ex Lilly, it's not known if Ariana has any involvement in the tot's life. The two are currently "really happy and really good for each other," an insider recently told US outlet PEOPLE magazine.
"People have tried to question the timeline. The truth is, Ariana and Ethan didn’t begin seeing each other until after both parties were separated, respectfully," a close friend of the couple told the publication last September.
