Louise Thompson has declared there is 'nothing' she won't wear after getting a stoma bag fitted.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 34, shared earlier this month that she's had a stoma bag fitted to "save her life" during her intense health ordeal, following the mum-of-one suffering multiple illnesses since giving birth to her son in 2021.

Louise initially introduced "the grey bag that may well save my life" to her fans on Instagram, showing off her new stoma bag in a video and telling her followers: "Isn't it bizarre that this little grey pouch is the price I pay for good health! I say good riddance to that nasty menacing colon!"

The reality TV star, who shares son Leo-Hunter, two, with fiance Ryan Libbey, has now opened up about how her stoma bag is impacting her fashion choices. Sharing a video of herself in a blue one-piece swimsuit online on Wednesday, the brave star admitted she was surprised by how "incognito" her stoma bag is in swimwear.

Captioning the video on Instagram, Louise wrote: "Things I won’t wear with my bum bag: NOTHING. I have to say I’m pretty amazed by how incognito my stoma bag is in my cosi’s ! Might be a different story by the end of the day but for now this is SERVING. What are we thinking about the name Winnie? And more importantly have you got it? I think it’s priceless. Clue: honey pot , but open to suggestions. Was on our og baby name list, but this will do for now. L x."

Since her first foray into motherhood in 2021, Louise has been through a tough time health-wise, with multiple hospital stays, including one as recent as February this year. On 9th April, she took to Instagram to share her latest health update, revealing that she's had a stoma bag fitted in hopes of regaining her full health.

"HOW DO I DISCLOSE THIS SORT OF NEWS? " Louise pondered at the start of her video caption. She compared her news to happier announcements like baby or gender reveals, commenting: "It's not exactly exciting like a big pregnancy or gender reveal announcement! Hey look i'm having a boy... Hey look i've got a stoma! So I guess i'll just stand here proud in stature."

She introduced her 'new friend', the stoma bag, which she sees as a symbol of life and better health to come. "With my new friend. Le bum bag that represents life and hopefully a better one. Isn't it bizarre that this little grey pouch is the price I pay for good health! " she said, ending her post on a positive note: "I say good riddance to that nasty menacing colon! Please be kind. November 2021 saw the couple ecstatically welcoming their first "little miracle baby". However, the birth was a whirlwind of tumultuous emotions with both mother and child "dancing with death". Even though the birth took place in November, a gruelling battle awaited Louise before she could finally reach home for Christmas owing to severe complications.

Doctors worked round-the-clock to ensure Louise's survival; this was something the celebrity gratefully acknowledged later, confessing that she might not have been alive but for the NHS. Come 23 December 2021, Louise announced the birth of her son via Instagram.
