CHLOE Sims is left shocked when brother Charlie 'hands in his notice' in the latest episode of their family reality show.
Charlie, 32, previously worked as a manager for his sisters but - following Chloe's huge bust-up with Frankie, 28, and Demi, 27 - it seems he's had enough.

I Just feel a little bit lost in it now."
Later, while driving with 42-year-old Chloe, he tells her: "I think it's time that we start discussing what you're going to do with management going forward."
Caught off guard, Chloe replies: "Are you handing in your notice today?"
Former Towie stars look unrecognisable in adorable childhood throwback snap - can you guess who?She then adds: "You've just ruined my whole day."
Previous explosive scenes saw former Towie star Chloe dragged away screaming from Frankie and Demi after launching a drink at them.
Frankie called Chloe a "bully" while she branded them "users" - and Frankie has since hit back.
Confessing she hasn't spoken to Chloe since October, Frankie exclusively told The Sun: "It's not a nice word to say at all and it just came out because I had a cup of water thrown in my face and you just reach for the first word that you can think of but I don't know how I would have reacted in any other way in that situation.
"But I honestly don't know what she's talking about in regards to calling us 'users' - I've never used her or anyone in my family for anything, we've all worked together.
"We've all built this family unit, we've all built this name 'The Sims Sisters' together and we all got this opportunity together as a whole and the show wouldn't work without any of us in it.
"It needs all five of us in it to work - so I don't think anyone's used anyone."
Meanwhile it was previously revealed that Chloe had landed a multi-million dollar deal with Netflix for the reality show.
The Essex beauty told the Mail that she was proud to have produced the series alongside her brother Charlie and described it as one of the "biggest highlight of her careers".
"It's not an easy journey, but it's exciting, nerve-wracking, and keeps me on my toes," she said.
