She wore denim shorts which she teamed with a yellow crop top and Nike trainers - pefect for grooving to the DJ at a local sports bar.

Alesha, who was born in Hertfordshire, visited Jamaica on a break before Britain's Got Talent's live shows.

The 45-year-old rapper and mum, who was a member of garage, R&B girl band Mis-Teeq in the early 2000s, previously admitted motherhood calmed her rebellious side - but insisted daughters Azura and Anaya haven't "clipped my wings".

“I’m much more of a sensible Sally now,” Alesha said last year.

"Which is a surprise, because I’m a rebel at heart.

"It was crazy, because it was this instant thing where every decision and everything that I did, my children were suddenly at the forefront.

"I consider them in every scenario. It’s not just about me any more, so in a way I’ve become more responsible, more considerate, more thoughtful.

"There’s that age-old question of how do you juggle being a mum and having a career, but Azura and Anaya have motivated me and re-energised me to go for new things and push boundaries."

She added to iNews: "They’ve done the opposite of clip my wings. It’s amazing because they hold me accountable and they inspire me.

"They know I can be impatient, but I like that I’m still improving and learning. Being a parent is an ongoing challenge."

Alesha's band Mis-Teeq split in 2005, two years after they released their most famous single, Scandalous.

She then pursued a career on her own.

She was previously married to MC Harvey, from English rap group So Solid Crew.

The two had dated since 2000 and got married in 2005, but divorced in 2006 after he had an affair with Pop Idol star Javine.

"You know, I’ve proved that I can weather storms and come out the other end stronger," the star said last year.

"I’m fearless now and when you realise that about yourself, there are no doors you can’t open.

"I’m releasing new music soon, but I’d also love to take hold of the creative reigns behind the scenes. I’ve got a great team around me, but I basically represent myself now, and I like having that independence.

"What excites me is taking it to the next level and evolving past being a talent on screen. Hopefully, I can start helping other people who are coming up in the industry, which would bring me so much joy."
