Prior to the birth of their child, Johnny featured a heavily pregnant Billie cradling her baby bump on the cover of his 2019 solo album, Next Episode Starts in 15 Seconds.
Billie has recently opened up about the difficulties of co-parenting with Laurence.
Speaking to Vogue, she said: "Look, if people want to try and understand the workings of the guy, they ought to either ask him or his family.
"What is paramount for me is the privacy and anonymity of my children.
