An airline pilot has revealed the emotional moment her partner got down on one knee at arrivals, after she landed her plane.
Loganair first officer Bethan described the "moment she will forever hold in her heart" as her partner Teddy surprised her at the arrivals gate with a request for her hand in marriage while she was still in her work uniform.
Teddy, popped the question on April 21, as Bethan arrived at Edinburgh airport, the couple have been together since August 15, 2021 and met while they were at the gym.
They recently moved to Edinburgh for Bethan to pursue her "dream job", which is why Teddy decided to propose after she landed at the Scottish capital's airport, Edinburgh Live reports.
Speaking to Edinburgh Live, she said: "On April 21, after my first flight as a First Officer with passengers aboard, I experienced a moment that will forever be in my heart.

He got down on one knee and proposed to me, right there, while I was in my uniform. I am thrilled to say that I said yes and we are now happily engaged.
"We met at the gym and have been together since August 15, 2021. We moved up to Edinburgh recently as I landed my first job as a pilot with Loganair in January."
Bethan added that her fiancé has been so supportive of her career and that she has always dreamed of becoming an airline pilot. She said: "Teddy said that he decided on the airport because it’s always amazing watching me fly, it was such a special moment for him to see me flying commercially for the first time.
"I have always dreamed of becoming an airline pilot and for Teddy, it was a way of making the day more special and meaningful for us both, he has supported me throughout the whole journey and played a special part in my exam preparation.
