A BEAUTY fan has shared the makeup removal hack that nourishes their lashes.
The trick worked so well that they had to cut their lashes because they grew so long.

They explained that their cleansing skincare routine also doubled as an eyelash trick.

After repeated castor oil use, they noticed dramatic results.
"I've been doing that for about 2 years. I've actually had to cut my lashes because they hit my safety glasses if I don't," they said.
Other beauty fans raved about the benefits of oils on their lashes.
"I use a mix of argan, jojoba, castor, grapeseed, and sweet almond oils for my lashes," said one commenter.
"Put a drop on a lash comb to apply before bed. Works amazing.
"Just make sure you use non-comedogenic oil; stuff like coconut oil will clog your pores."
Another castor oil fan shared a tip to ensure viewers pick up the correct product.
"If you end up getting Castor oil, make sure it’s unrefined," they advised.
"The refined stuff loses all the benefits."

Picking the right kind of castor oil is critical, however, as there are many different kinds available on the market.
Cold-pressed castor oil is prepared with very little heat, which keeps its natural nutrients intact.
Other great castor oil options include Jamaican Black castor oil, which has a higher pH level that is suitable for the hair and scalp.
Organic castor oil is another great pick, as it's free from fertilizers and pesticides and safer to use on skin and hair.
