Britney Spears has sparked "mental health" concerns as an ambulance was seen rushing to her LA hotel after reports the singer was injured following an explosive fight.
Thursday morning fans grew concerned that the Princess of Pop could be experiencing a mental breakdown similar to the one that cause worldwide worry for the singer back in 2007. Around 1 a.m. Britney was seen being escorted out of Chateau Marmont barefoot with her hair disheveled after reportedly getting into a heated argument with her ex-boyfriend, TMZ reported. In the shocking snaps, the 42-year-old was seen wearing next to no clothing and covering herself up with a blanket and pillow.
According to the Daily Mail, Britney reportedly had an explosive argument with her felon ex Paul Richard Soliz that resulted in her causing a scene inside the LA hotel. A eyewitness claimed that they saw a woman, who was believed to be Britney, was causing a "disturbance" and "harassing and threatening hotel employees and guests."

But shortly after the pair were reported to have experienced a "huge physical altercation in which Spears 'may have hurt her leg.'"

After the alleged altercation, Britney was said to be "screaming and out of control in the hallway of her suite." This reportedly led to "several guests" to grow concerned she was experiencing a mental health crisis so they called the paramedics to check in on her. Once the ambulance did arrive, Britney was reported to have not been transported to the hospital and left the scene without her ex-boyfriend.
According to a Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman, emergency services were called to Britney's hotel at 12:42 a.m. with reports that a woman was injured, although the extent of Britney's injuries have not yet been revealed. The spokesperson did confirm that an ambulance arrived at the scene, but there was no one transported to the hospital. The emergency services later left the hotel after the brief visit at 1:17 a.m.

This week's incident coupled with her odd Instagram post, sparked worry for long-time Britney fans as the last time the pop singer had a mental crisis in public was her famous 2007 public breakdown. During this time, the singer made headlines everywhere as she was pictured with a shaved her head and attacked a photographer's car with an umbrella.
Later in her bombshell memoir The Woman in Me, Britney explained that at the time of the alarming incident she was dealing with a number of struggles in her personal life. She wrote that ahead of the breakdown she was battling postnatal depression, experiencing grief over a family member's death, and handling an ongoing custody battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.
