PC games are getting great deals on video games all the time, but it’s always better to grab something completely free.

A new giveaway lets some PC owners get Xbox Game Pass absolutely free for three months.

Gaming graphics card maker Nvidia is partnering with Xbox to offer free access to the subscription service, but there is a catch.

The offer is only valid for players who have never been Game Pass subscribers before.

Players will also need to provide a valid payment card, even though they won’t be charged for the first three months.

To grab the deal, gamers must also be from a country where PC Game Pass is officially available.

The limited-time offer starts on June 4, and to claim it, you have to do the following:

  1. Log into your Nvidia account or create one and enroll in GeForce Rewards
  2. Download and install the Nvidia GeForce Experience or Nvidia app on your PC with a GTX 10 Series graphics card or newer, and log in with your Nvidia account
  3. Go to the ‘Redeem’ section under your profile and select the PC Game Pass GeForce Rewards
  4. Follow the instructions on how to redeem

PC gamers will have until July 5, 2024, at 8am UK Time / 12am PT to grab this Game Pass promotion.

Then, they need to redeem the free months with Microsoft no later than August 30, 2024.

The giveaway comes just days after Xbox announced the next Call of Duty game, which will launch on the service in October.

The upcoming Nvidia deal will give new players a taste of the subscription right before the big release.

Black Ops 6 got a reveal trailer last week, featuring tyrant Saddam Hussein and former UK PM Margaret Thatcher.

Microsoft is also announcing more games coming from its studios at a showcase on June 9, which will be followed immediately by a more in-depth look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
