"I'm all for a comeback but these....", she said.

"I keep seeing them everywhere".

Hollie shared a clip of her local Primark, where displayed on the shelves were rows and rows of ballet pumps.

These shoes were extremely popular in the noughties and stars such as Kate Moss and Alexa Chung were often spotted out in them.

After being banished to the back of the wardrobe for the past 20 years, they are now back in fashion and are being spotted everywhere by high street shoppers.

Primark's ballet flats come in a wide range of colours, including, blue, pink and nude.

Plus, they are only £5 a pair, meaning that you can buy a pair to match every outfit.

A description on the Primark website reads: "You see them in the office, worn in the street, and even donned at parties, it’s safe to say that ballerina pumps are more popular than ever, so why not hop on the hype with these beauties?

"While there are endless ways to style these flats, we love how they look with a sleeveless mini dress for an oh-so-cute ensemble!"

Despite the fact that the shoes now appear to be everywhere, not everybody is happy about their return.

Hollie's video, which was posted under the username @holliemina, has gone viral, racking up over 99,000 views on the video sharing platform.

TikTok users raced to the video's comments section to share their thoughts on the comeback, with many sharing her shock and unhappiness.
