Gwyneth Paltrow has put her huge Los Angeles mansion up for sale after becoming an empty nester.
The Hollywood star has listed the 8,000 sq ft property after her son Moses, 18, graduated high school last month and is set to head to college. Gwyneth has priced the impressive residence at $29.99 million (£23.5million), claim the Wall Street Journal.
The home comes complete with a guest house that boasts a movie theatre and wine cellar and is in the swanky Brentwood neighbourhood of LA. Gwyneth originally purchased the property with her ex-husband Chris Martin in 2012 for $9.95 million (£7.8million).

The pair were married from 2003 to 2014 before they split. Gwyneth then married Brad Falchuck in 2018 with him and his children subsequently moving in to the family home according to listing agent Lea Porter, who also detailed that Gwyneth is selling so she can downsize now her children are older.

The stunning property spans two-thirds of an acre in Mandeville Canyon and was originally built in 1950 before being renovated in 2009. It comprises of eight bedroom and 11 bathrooms and has a one-bedroom apartment above the garage.

Gwyneth is selling the residence after completion of her new home in Montecito, California.
That neighbourhood boasts famous inhabitants including Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Gwyneth also owns a property in Amagansett, New York, which she and Brad are now hoping to split their time between alongside the Montecito property and a third Los Angeles based home according to Lea.

Speaking at an event for her wellness brand Goop she told The Hollywood Reporter: "It’s kind of giving me a nervous breakdown, if I’m honest. I started being like: 'Oh my God, and I need to quit my job and I need to sell my house and I need to move.' It’s sort of putting things into turmoil.
"My identity has been being a mother. Apple's going to be 20 in May. So I’ve oriented my whole life around them and their schedules and when school starts. You start to let go in increments when they’re driving themselves around or doing certain things. It is a slower process."
Gwyneth added that she feels "really lucky because I have a close group of mom friends and we all raised our kids alongside one another. So we’re kind of in it together."
