''Far too often our patios are left dull and uninspiring, when they should be central to our summers,'' said Daisy in her new book, Start Growing.

This totally depends on the size of your patio - and whether you want to go all out or keep it simple and minimalist.

Once you've armed with all the necessary essentials for the jaw-dropping makeover, it's time to get working!

Just as essential is creating cosy seating areas for you and your guests as you enjoy the glorious sunshine and boozy cocktails.
To make for a Fabulous experience, the ITV star recommended adding pops of colour - which can be achieved with vibrant accessories, such as cushions, pillows and outdoor rugs.

Chatting about her first-ever book, Daisy said: ''The very idea of the book in its essence is very personal to me too as you know - it’s the book I wish I had when starting out.
''When I’d never done any gardening before.''
