A woman has shared her horror after noticing a 'ghost' standing at her front door when viewing her house on Google Maps. Having believed to have been sharing her home with a paranormal entity for quite some time, she claims this is 'proof' of her suspicions.
Sharing a screenshot on Reddit, she simply said: "Google Street View proved my home's ghost is real." In the image, a grey figure appears to be standing in the porchway, either wearing a hood or with its arms raised above its head.
Speaking about the 'ghost', she added: "It's a very active ghost too. I even once caught on audio it hitting and object and it hitting the floor! I have a video with audio of baby oil across the room getting knocked over and hitting the floor.
"It's hard to capture proof when I'm not really a professional and am not always recording what happens. The photos for me are pretty rock solid though, they were taken seconds apart and are vastly different so it makes it hard for me to believe it was a decoration or blurred person."
Commenting on the image, one user said: "Gives me the Witch Doctor vibes from Scooby Doo." Another user added: "Creepy as f***." A third user said: "So your house is haunted by a stingray?" However, others remained skeptical and tried to solve the mystery using 'logic', with one saying: "I'm not gonna lie. Looks like chalk on the side of a house. Not saying you're a liar, but this is hardly proof for everyone but yourself and those who know you and have been to your home."

Another user added: "Even if it's not what I think it is, which is a guy in a jacket, the color matches the wood or material on either side of it exactly. It could be a gate or a wooden object that just so happens to have a pattern or carving that looks like a face on it. Whatever it is, the "ghost" is a 2D image."
One more user said: "I like the guy in a jacket theory, but it looks to me like a wooden table or piece of furniture turned on its side, and the natural pattern of the wood at the distance and resolution of the picture made that nightmare fuel.
"In the second pic, it looks like someone may be standing behind the table and their head is visible above it. It would also explain why the different angles seemed to change the image of the mass length-wise, but not height-wise."
