If you're into wearing rings, the likelihood is that not every one you own fits you perfectly.

And if some rings you have slip off your fingers, it can be a little unnerving, as you'll likely panic about losing it. But one woman has the perfect hack for you to ensure your rings fit as snugly as possible - without being uncomfortable.

Helena, who posts on TikTok as @fellfromhelll, claimed it was the "easiest way to adjust ring size", and people in the comments wish they "knew it sooner".

She explained: "If you have a ring that is too big for you, or if you have thin fingers in general, you can get these from Amazon", and she lifted up ring size adjusters - which many people had never seen, or heard of before.

Describing them as "belts for your rings", she said you just need to "take one, according to your ring, and then cut them into smaller pieces". Then, you need to "wrap them around your ring", showing fans what the ring should look like when it's been completed.

Helena then demonstrated that "when you put your ring on... [it's] secure", as she flapped her hand around aggressively to prove it. Ring guards can be purchased from Amazon for £3.75 for a pack of four. This means that each ring guard will set you back less than a pound each.

She said she'd even put some on rings in her size, just to make them "extra secure" and "impossible to slip off", as nobody wants to lose jewellery they've spent good money on. Helena claimed you "barely even notice them" when they're on your rings, which is a real bonus too.

In the comments, someone wrote: "I've been trying to find a solution for this, thank you so much". "Life saver", another penned. "I wish I knew this sooner", a third lamented.

Other comments included: "This is the life hack I never knew I needed. Thank you," and "A solution for the ring problem".
