After a shooting outside Drake's mansion in Toronto Tuesday morning, it's reported one of his security guards was injured.

Police confirmed that Drake was not harmed in the shooting and could not confirm if he was home at the time. It was reported earlier that there was a large police presence near rapper Drake's Canadian home.

It's said the shooting occurred in the Bayview and Lawrence area, with a police presence reportedly noticeable outside the Bridle Path home of rapper Drake as emergency crews were called during the early hours of Tuesday morning.

He was taken to the hospital with "very serious injuries" and remains there. The investigation is currently ongoing.

No further details have been released, but a police presence remains and an area of the street has been cordoned off. The shooting comes amid a rap feud between Drake and fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar, though there has been no link given between the feud and the shooting.

Kendrick has released four diss songs towards Drake, with three being released within 36 hours. The first song, Euphoria, accused Drake of not being a good father to his son Adonis, six, and for only getting abs through plastic surgery.

The second song, 6:16 in LA, was produced by Jack Antonoff, a frequent collaborator with Taylor Swift. After that song's release, Drake dropped Family Matters, a song where he accuses Kendrick of domestic violence against his fiance, Whitney Alford, and alleged that one of Kendrick's sons isn't his.

In response, Kendrick dropped Meet The Grahams, playing on Drake's real name Aubrey Graham. Kendrick addresses the song to Drake's son Adonis, Drake's parents, and a reported "secret daughter" Drake has ignored.

Kendrick then released Not Like Us, where he accused Drake of grooming young girls. Drake then released The Heart Part 6, a play on Kendrick's song The Heart Part 5, where he rapped that Kendrick's claims were untrue.
