NFL legend Tom Brady has managed to offend Aaron Hernandez's fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins, with remarks made during his Netflix roast show.
Brady himself cracked a joke about Hernandez's conviction for the murder of Odin Lloyd and then taking his own life in his prison cell in 2017. Brady and numerous other former teammates and celebrities had gathered on the 'The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady' which aired on May 5.
During one moment, Brady said: "The bar for Patriots tight ends was pretty low back then... Catch, block, don't murder." Julian Edelman, a former New England Patriots wide receiver, also joked about Hernandez's death, reports the Mirror US.

Jenkins, who is mother to Hernandez's 11-year-old daughter Avielle, spoke of her disappointment at the jokes at Hernandez's expense. "It's sad that I'm trying to raise my children in such a cruel world," she told TMZ.

Hernandez's murder conviction and suicide were the subject of several more remarks, with former teammate Rob Gronkowski appearing particularly taken aback by some of the jibes. When Hernandez died in 2017, it occurred just five days after he was cleared of double murder charges stemming from a 2012 incident.
However, he was already serving life behind bars after being convicted of the 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd - his sister-in-law's boyfriend. At the time of his arrest, Hernandez stood out as one of the leagues best tight ends, alongside Gronkowski. His sports career spanned three seasons before being abruptly halted by his arrest and subsequent murder charge.

Since then, reports have indicated flings with a string of high-profile models over the past two years, including Irina Shayk. Comedian Kevin Hart led the barrage of banter about Bradys love conquests, starting off: "It's been two years since Tom's gotten divorced," Hart commenced.
"Two years. Since then, Tom's been -------. That's right. Tom's been putting that two-inch to to work. Tom has been ------- so much his ---- has CTE. Most people get STDs, Tom gets CTEs."
