A MAN armed with a "handgun" has died after a dramatic 10-hour stand-off with cops on a housing estate.
The siege unfolded after officers were called to a "domestic incident" in the Leeds estate at 12.36pm yesterday.

They pulled back after spotting a man with what appeared to be a handgun.
Armed cops and negotiators scrambled to the scene, where a cordon was put in place.
At 10.15pm officers used distraction devices to storm the Half Mile Green property.

The man was found critically injured and taken to hospital by ambulance.
But he was pronounced dead shortly after midnight, West Yorkshire Police said this morning.
The force has now referred itself to the IOPC police watchdog and launched an independent probe.
A spokesperson said: "A police operation that was ongoing at an address in Half Mile Green, Stanningley, Leeds, has concluded.
"The man involved was taken to hospital in a critical condition and later pronounced dead.
"West Yorkshire Police has referred the Incident to the Independent Office for Police conduct.
"This is a mandatory requirement in these circumstances, and the force has declared an independent investigation."
