A 12-second video of the shocking incident has circulated on social media, showing a man in a tan blazer punching a woman in the face, causing her to fall.

Footage shows a second person also laying on the street pavement, whom also appeared to be injured.

It was not immediately clear what events occurred leading up to the attack.

The incident occurred in the Park Slope neighborhood of New York during Brooklyn Pride.

Kaye was later identified by social media users as the alleged assailant in the video of the punch.

The clip appears to show him walking away after hitting the woman, his jacket stained with liquid on the back.

"She f**king threw s**t all over me,” the man in the video is heard saying.

Meanwhile, witnesses of the incident can be heard calling the assailant an "a**hole" and a "horrible person."

Text written over the clip claims the woman's nose was broken and another person's arm was "busted up."

A spokesperson for the New York Police Department confirmed there are no "complaint reports on file" related to a similar incident.
