A mum who missed her boyfriend so much she made a 'knitted version' of him including private parts says women are swooning over him - so now sells them on eBay. Gail Lyn Bargery says she crocheted a 'replica' of her boyfriend Simon*, including his private parts, as she missed him when he wasn't sleeping at her home.

The 52-year-old was stunned when someone offered $300 for it so she set up a Facebook page and made another with a view to sell more online. Her page called 'Gail Lyn's Perfect Boyfriends' shows off raunchy images of the muscular long-haired dolls lying in model-like poses.

Gail boasts her bizarre creations 'look like Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa' and are 'perfect boyfriends' as they don't answer back and do what they're told'. Gail has been making the dolls from home with a freestyle approach to crochet and the finished product leaves little to the imagination.

She has now made two dolls and was shocked to see how much interest there was for her product. Having sold the first one to a local person for £240 ($300) she now plans on selling the next over eBay after seeing a number of offers reaching as high as £400 ($500).

Gail, from Springfield, Ohio, US, said: "I call them perfect because they are just there to make you happy and that's it. They don't talk back, they do as they're told, they're relatively inexpensive as once you have purchased them they don't need anything else.

"I never snuggled with any of them but when I posted the first one it went viral very quickly and I thought if so many people want this thing I guess I can start making them. I am trying to keep a theme of being like Jason Momoa and they started out trying to look like him or my boyfriend who also resembles Jason Momoa.

"I don't follow a technique on all of them. The one I am currently working on has a bigger nose than the last one so they all look unique because I can't follow a pattern. My friends and coworkers thought it was hilarious and when I finally finished it they thought it was wonderful.

"I don't live with my boyfriend so I said to him as a joke that I will crochet a replica of him to snuggle with on the nights that he isn't with me." The dolls take three weeks to make and use a 15mm needle, six bags of cotton and six flesh-toned yarns.

Gail says this technique means each boyfriend is unique, and some have bigger noses and genitalia. She intends to make one a month and continue to sell them internationally on eBay. Her daughter Starla Bargery, 32, has helped her promote the product on social media. They've discussed giving them 'hunky' names like Bruce and Brad and making dolls of different ethnicities and heights.
