Aaron, 36, and his ex-girlfriend Talia Oatway, 32, welcomed their third child Oakley in August 2022.

But two weeks later, the tot underwent surgery on his nose as he was struggling to breathe.

He now faces more rounds of surgery as a result of a rare condition.

Aaron has decided to put family first and won't be participating in Geordie Shore's 25th series.

A source said: “Aaron’s son Oakley has a rare condition and is undergoing surgery soon which clashes with filming, and Aaron wants to be there for his boy.

"He’s putting family first and doesn’t want any distractions or to be away filming.

"He’s not closing the door on returning to Geordie Shore in the future but right now, his son’s health and recovery is the most important thing. All that matters is being there for Oakley.”

An MTV spokesperson has been contacted for comment.

It's not just Aaron who won't be coming back as three other stars have also quit.

Charlotte Crosby and her former close friend Marnie Simpson have refused to film new episodes after their epic fallout.

It means Marnie's X Factor star husband Casey Johnson won't be taking part either.

Marnie previously threatened to quit in a podcast interview - before we confirmed she later told bosses of her departure.

A source told us: "Marnie was really unhappy with how the last series went down and how she came across.

"It made her miserable and stressed and she doesn't want to go back. Casey is fully supportive and has had enough too.

"They want a fresh start and don't feel like they need the show anymore.

"MTV tried to persuade them to come back for another round, as the ratings for the last series skyrocketed with all the drama, but they aren't interested."

The drama initially kicked off between the pair after Charlotte's heated dispute with co-star Marnie over a highchair.

The ex-pals were filming abroad on a group holiday when tensions boiled over.

Marnie had acknowledged a possibility of reconciliation but stated she wouldn't be the one to initiate contact.

She told The Sun: "I think it’s a shame because the memories what we got, it’s a shame that we’ve lost the friendship but it is what it is.

"It doesn’t get us down, I’m not losing any sleep over it.

"I’m just focusing on the positive this year, I don’t want to focus on any negatives.

"I want to surround myself with people who uplift me and make me feel good and who want the best for us.”
