President Joe Biden seemed to momentarily freeze during the lively dancing at a White House Juneteenth concert on Monday evening, according to reports.
As Vice President Kamala Harris, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff and others danced to the energetic band at the event held ahead of next week's national holiday, the Commander-in-Chief appeared to stand almost completely still. He was accompanied by Philonise Floyd, brother of the late George Floyd, who eventually noticed Biden's worrying pause and draped his arm over him as if to offer support.
Floyd managed to elicit a response when he raised his fist for a 'fist bump', which the president reciprocated. This incident comes amidst allegations of Biden also exhibiting cognitive decline, adding to a series of concerning occurrences at recent public events.

Concerns were also raised about the President's allegedly fading memory regarding key policy details and his increased dependence on aides' notes and impromptu suggestions. An unnamed insider recounted a tense meeting with Biden during critical discussions on funding for Ukraine in January, noting, "You couldn't be there and not feel uncomfortable."
The source detailed how Biden, the oldest US president ever, took nearly ten minutes just to greet around two dozen negotiators at the meeting. Once the discussion began, Biden reportedly relied heavily on his notes, making broad statements about the importance of supporting Ukraine financially.
Despite a consensus on the need for additional funds for Ukraine, several lawmakers found Biden's approach odd, insiders claimed.
Those present understood the meeting was meant to devise a strategy to navigate a financial agreement through Congress, yet some attendees struggled to hear Biden as Ukrainian officials made urgent requests for military support from the US.
