EasyJet's selling flights to 33 new destinations from 11 UK airports as of today

EASYJET has announced loads of new flight routes that are available to book now, including to some brand new destinations for the airline.

Included in that are 33 routes launching from 11 UK airports, with flights taking off for the first time from this winter.

Among them is a new winter service to Tromso in Norway, with the airline heading there for the very first time.

Brits will be able to fly to the arctic city from London Gatwick, Bristol and Manchester from November this year.

There will be twice-weekly flights from Gatwick starting on November 11, with departures on Mondays and Fridays.

Flights from Manchester will begin on November 19, with departures on Tuesdays and Saturdays while Bristol's flights will commence on December 5, flying on Thursdays and Sundays throughout winter.

Meanwhile a new year-round service will be taking off from London Gatwick to Strasbourg, which is a brand new French destination for the airline.

Flights will operate three times a week, on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays throughout the year, giving customers the choice of a week or weekend break to explore the historic French city.

London Luton

Elsewhere, easyJet has launched three routes from London Luton to Athens and Basel, both of which start on November 7.

A new route will also head from Luton to Djerba in Tunisia which will start on November 11.

The new route to Athens will operate three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, while the Basel service will operate four times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Flights to Djerba will operate year round on Mondays and Fridays.

Manchester

An additional route to Djerba will also launch from Manchester on November 11 and operate year round on Mondays and Fridays as well as a year round route from Manchester to Zurich.

Flights to the Swiss city will operate four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from November 4.

EasyJet has also announced its second route to Akureyri in Northern Iceland from Manchester, starting on November 12 and operating throughout winter on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Currently, easyJet is the only airline that offers direct routes from the UK to Northern Iceland, with a twice-weekly route from London Gatwick that launched last year.

Birmingham

The airline's new base at Birmingham has already seen the launch of 16 new routes this year, but five more have now been announced for customers in the Midlands.

Year-round routes from Birmingham to Prague and Marrakech will start on November 13 and December 1, respectively and will both operate on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Meanwhile, winter routes from Birmingham to Krakow are set to start on November 15, operating on Mondays and Fridays.

Passengers can also jet off to Reykjavik from December 3, with flights operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays, while a new weekly Sunday flight will head to Innsbruck in Austria, starting from December 15.

Bristol

Bristol is also getting new flights, with a new year-round service to Agadir launching on October 27 and operating three times a week on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

There will also be a new route from Bristol to Istanbul, which will launch on November 4 and operate twice a week on Mondays and Fridays throughout the year.

Liverpool

From Liverpool, the budget carrier has announced five new year-round routes, including a three-times-a-week route to Prague from October 28.

There'll also be two weekly flights to Marrakech from November 13 and to Malta from December 10.

Planes will fly twice a week to Berlin from February 14 and once a week to Fuerteventura from February 19.

Glasgow and Edinburgh

EasyJet is also expanding its Glasgow network, with three new winter sun destinations.

New flights from the Scottish city to Lanzarote will operate twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays from October 27, to Fuerteventura twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays from October 30 and to Marrakech twice a week on Mondays and Fridays from November 11, throughout the winter.

A year round city route to Prague will also launch and operate twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays from November 7.

For more year-round sun from Scotland, customers can also fly from Edinburgh to Agadir in Morocco on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the year starting from November 6.

Belfast

Customers in Northern Ireland are also getting a new winter route to Fuerteventura starting on October 28, operating on Mondays and Fridays.

There's also a new year-round route from Belfast to Prague launching on November 2, operating twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Flights to Marrakech from Belfast will return on November 3, flying throughout winter on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Leeds and Newcastle

During January and February 2025, easyJet will fly routes from Leeds to Geneva starting on January 18 and from Newcastle to Lyon starting on January 4.

Also from Newcastle, a new year round route to Paris will launch on October 27, which will operate six days a week.

Meanwhile, this top UK airport is set to get new Virgin Atlantic flights for the first time in four years.

And this small airport has plans for new TUI and Ryanair flights.
