Kate Middleton is said to achieve her flawless complexion with the help of the Biotulin Supreme Skin Gel, a face serum containing Botox-mimicking ingredients but without the needles. The gel, developed and produced in Germany, is now available on Amazon for £42.

Royal makeup artist Carl Ray revealed that the Biotulin Supreme Skin Gel is one of Kate's must-have anti-ageing skincare products. Hailed as a 'natural alternative to Botox', the wrinkle-busting results claim to last up to nine hours and promise smooth and supple skin.

One user said the product "takes years off you as it tightens and wrinkles disappear". Another noted that they "love the tightening feel the product has on the face upon applying."

The anti-ageing skincare product works to reduce muscle contractions and relax the face with spilanthol, a plant-derived ingredient that can reduce fine lines caused by movement of the face. It also contains hyaluronic acid to plump up the skin and keep it hydrated.

Biotulin claims that the Supreme Skin Gel can provide up to 25% wrinkle reduction just 60 minutes after application but you don't need to worry about your facial expressions minimising or your skin feeling numb. The brand adds that 'unlike needle injections, your features will still be reanimated and beautiful'.

It can be used at any time of day before your usual moisturiser. Shoppers are raving about the skincare product, with Amazon reviews buzzing with positive feedback. The item has garnered over 1,000 five-star ratings.

One satisfied customer shared: "I wished I had found this sooner. It is a very nice product and feels good on the skin. This is a serum and not sticky like cream. Once applied you don't realise you've put it on. 10/10."

Another said: "This really is amazing! It does exactly the same job as Botox in a skin gel. I cannot believe how good this is. I love it. The best product I have ever used. I would highly recommend this. I will never stop using it! A real breakthrough. Wow!"

A third added: "I am 65yrs young. The only place I have deep wrinkles is around my mouth/nose area. Since using Biotulin I have noticed that they are not so prominent."

Despite the praise for the product's effectiveness, some users expressed disappointment with its packaging. One reviewer pointed out: "I would also like to suggest a bottle that shows the level of content; as a new customer, this was a considered purchase and to know how much I have used would help me budget for the next bottle."

The Bare Minerals Skinlongevity Long Life Serum, priced at £58 at Boots, comes in a clear glass bottle allowing you to see exactly how much product is left, reducing waste. It's also rumoured that the Princess of Wales uses Rodial's Bee Venom and Placenta 24 Carat Gold Ultimate Creme to combat signs of ageing. Usually costing a hefty £750, it's currently back in stock and on sale for just £95 - a massive saving of £655.
