Kate Lawler has revealed she is having "couples therapy" with her husband after admitting things 'haven't been easy' since giving birth to their daughter.
The Big Brother star, 44, welcomed Noa into the world three years ago with Martin "Boj" Bojtos, 40, before the couple got married in 2022. Since becoming a mum, Kate has spoken candidly about suffering from post natal depression and has now admitted she and Boj are in therapy.
Opening up about the arrangement, she said: "Before we got married, we went to couples therapy regularly and we still do from time to time. You talk things out and it helps you to see things from your partner’s point of view, and makes you think, ‘Well . . . actually maybe that was my fault’. It’s hugely beneficial.”

Noa arrived in 2021 (Instagram)Citing parenthood as one of the reasons for their 'dwindling passion', she told The Sun: “When you’re a parent, you have to accept you’re not going to have the time — or the energy — to do things you did before your child came along."
Kate, who has been with Boj for for nine years, added: “Martin is more, ‘Come on, we haven’t had time for ourselves for ages, let’s get in the bedroom’ than me. I take a bit of convincing.”

Earlier this year, the presenter called on her followers to "send help" while looking after her daughter during half-term. Kate, - who fronts competition segments on This Morning - took to Instagram to post a video of herself after a challenging night with her toddler. She said in the footage: "Send help! 3am till 5am my toddler was wide awake. And before you say 'did she nap in the day? Did she have a day nap?' No, she didn't. She had a very productive day."
The clip continued with Kate adding: "Very busy indeed. A lot of stimulation, not too much stimulation though, and she ate about ten thousands more calories than I did so she definitely wasn't hungry. How am I gonna do hot yoga in half an hour?"
Kate - who rose to fame on the third series of Big Brother, which she won, in 2002 - went on to share some of the questions that she had been asked by Noa during the night. She shared: "'What's an asteroid, mummy? How did our queen die?' She's three. Oh, I'm done. I'm done with half-term. I'm done. Is there any nursery open today?"
She continued in the video: "I just find it so weird at the level of how awake they suddenly are. She was fast asleep and then she was like [asking me these questions]. They don't have any consideration that anyone else in the house might be asleep."
