Chris Billam-Smith : "He's a fighter so he'll dig down in the fight and he's not necessarily going to quit. But everything that comes with it, having that experience, how to deal with the big fights, how to deal with everything - I think that'll come into play, for sure. I see me getting the job done inside the distance 100 per cent. I think it is too big a step for him. His last fight was in a small arena, he hasn't headlined in a while so it's a massive step, the levels in ability is a huge step as well."
Richard Riakporhe: "To be fair I’ve never really watched Chris. I’ve been at his fights but I was more watching it as a boxing fan. And sometimes I’ll go and see comments about his performance. To say the least it isn’t really good, a lot of people mentioned his deterioration. That’s when I thought let me see what this deterioration is about. When I watch the fights back from a technical analysis I’m seeing a lot of gaps. It’s a normal wear and tear. When you’re taking too many shots and gifted with a chin like CBS, it’s science, you can’t avoid it – can’t stay in our prime forever."
