The idea came from his life-long obsession with trains and the discovery that a number of carriages were due to be scrapped.
Noticing the opportunity, James contacted the train company to enquire about using the train carriages for his school rather than them meeting the end of the line.
Amanda Owen insists there's 'no stress' as she opens up about 'separation'Impressed at his plans, they offered to give up two carriages for free and install them on a set of tracks in the school's playground as part of the epic transformation.
After a summer of hard work to create the epic train library, George headed up to Northumberland to visit the first class transformation.
At a cost of a whopping £100,000, the library came complete with a train simulator added to the front for the children to enjoy.
Coming complete with a train horn, it left George wowed at the incredible attention to detail as he remarked how 'beautiful' and impressive the build was.
Along with the addition of a traditional ticket office, the train came equipped with a unique book vending machine for the kids to enjoy.
Remarking on the stunning overhaul online, one fan said: "Loving the Train Library on #AmazingSpaces tonight! Even a book vending machine and a train driving simulation!"
Another added: "Genuinely love the train carriage library this man has done on #amazingspaces what a fab teacher, definitely going above and beyond."
As a third broke down into tears as they said: "Anyone else crying at #amazingspaces tonight?
