Meghan Markle may be well known now for her marriage to a globally famous Royal in the shape of Prince Harry but he wasn't her first husband.
The former Suits star was previously married to a movie producer, Trevor Engelson, for three years before she ended their romance by post. Now she is reportedly "in a panic" over revelations that may come out in a new documentary focusing on her "party days" and details from the failed union to Trevor.
Meghan dated Trevor for seven years before they eventually tied the knot in Jamaica back in 2011. Their marriage lasted just two years with them splitting in 2013. At the time they had been trying to maintain a long-distance relationship and one royal author claimed Meghan filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

Meghan and Trevor dated for seven years before getting married (Patrick McMullan via Getty Images)The long distance meant the pair were not residing in the same city when they separated, so Meghan posted her wedding and engagement rings back to Trevor in a "brutal" move. Royal expert Andrew Morton wrote in his book Meghan: A Hollywood Princess: "A wealthy entrepreneur friend claimed that the marriage ended so abruptly that Meghan sent Trevor her diamond wedding and engagement rings back to him by registered mail. Another confirmed that the decision to end the marriage was made by Meghan and that it had come 'totally out of the blue'."
Meghan eventually moved on following her divorce when she met Prince Harry after a mutual friend set them up in 2016. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex then tied the knot in 2018, while Trevor moved on with with nutritionist and multi-million dollar heiress Tracey Kurland, wedding her a year later in 2019. While Meghan had put her first marriage long behind both she and Harry now have concerns about what might be revealed in the upcoming documentary.

It’s no secret that they both led colourful lives before they met each other, and while Harry has spoken about a lot of mistakes in his book, there are still things about Meghan we don’t know."
They added that Meghan was well known on the Hollywood party scene before settling with the Prince and claimed there are people willing to discuss her past, including her failed marriage to Trevor. Journalist and royal expert, Ulrike Grunewald, is reportedly heading up the upcoming documentary which will be produced for Germany's ZDF network.
According to reports, Ulrike travelled to California with a team of five people. She also got to work investigating Montecito gathering insights from the neighbourhood where the couple live with their two children.
