Olly Murs has announced some huge career news after snubbing his twin brother by not mentioning his sibling in his 40th birthday post.
Taking to his Instagram account on Friday, the singer, 39, revealed a drastic career change as he looks forward to taking part in a charity golf day for Madison Invitational. The charity raises funds annually to help those less fortunate. Announcing the exciting news, Olly shared the promotional photo of himself playing golf.
The Dance With Me Tonight singer rose to fame after he auditioned for The X Factor in 2009 and hasn't looked back since. Olly recently celebrated his 40th birthday, as did his twin brother Ben.
However, the pair have not spoken in over 15 years. Olly's twin brother felt like he was left behind as his twin Ben previously slammed Olly for 'putting fame before him' and even went as far as to insist that the Troublemaker singer 'tore the family apart'.
Olly and Ben's feud began during the same year the singer appeared on X Factor. Olly skipped Ben's wedding as well as best man duties in order to take part in the semi-final of the popular singing competition. The act enraged Ben, prompting him to brand his twin brother a "self-obsessed sell-out".

He then issued a few brutal words regarding his feelings for the star. Ben stated: "It was clear that people like Simon Cowell were more important to him than me."
Olly confirmed his no-show at the wedding on The Voice, telling Will.i.am: "I was onX Factorand I couldn't make his wedding because I was on the show." Asked where his brother lives, he admitted: "I have no idea." However, Olly previously claimed their relationship had been strained for a long time before theITVtalent show and accused Ben of using the wedding as an "excuse".
Meanwhile, Olly recently marked his 40th birthday with a few sweet snaps of him and his newborn daughter, but made no mention of his twin. He uploaded some adorable photos to Instagram and captioned the collection: "The only gift I wanted for my 40th was to be daddy and here you are xx love you Madi." Fans rushed to wish him a happy birthday - and tell him how cute the tot is as they spotted her sported a 'Happy 40th birthday Daddy' babygrow.
Olly and Amelia confirmed they were expecting a child back in December with a social media post. And last month, the singer announced the little one's arrival with a picture shared on Instagram in which he and Amelia could be seen leaving the hospital.
