FIONA Harvey sent Sir Keir Starmer a bizarre video filmed by her walking around her flat during lockdown.
On April 9, 2020, she messaged Starmer and her MP Tulip Siddiq with a clip in which she said showed locals were not applauding NHS workers in the weekly “Clap for Carers”.

In a typically badly spelt message she wrote: “Hundreds of people live round here.
“The Bengali mafia the air B and B mafia etc etc Noone clappedc."

On May 30, Ms Harvey sent Starmer and others another email with a video of her filming a man appearing to stack items on the pavement beyond the fence in the garden of her block of flats.
In the clip, she is heard saying: “This is for the newspapers”.
