MANCHESTER City captain Kyle Walker showed off newborn son Rezon as his side won a record-breaking fourth league title in a row.

The England defender strode on to the pitch at the Etihad Stadium with all four boys he shares with wife Annie Kilner.

It was the first time Rezon had been seen since then-pregnant Annie took a break from Kyle — having learned of his second child with influencer Lauryn Goodman.

They are now working to reconcile and Annie, 31, was there yesterday with their other sons Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, and Reign, five, to support Kyle, 33.

A pal told The Sun: “His family are immensely proud of their dad. Seeing him captain the team to the fourth title in a row is special.”

Later, Kyle was the last player called on to the stage before lifting the trophy with his teammates.

He admitted his off-field struggles had almost led to him leaving City last summer, but said of his team-mates: “These lads are my family — I see them more than I see my family.”

City clinched the title by beating West Ham 3-1, with rockers Noel Gallagher and Johnny Marr roaring on Pep Guardiola’s team.

Manager Guardiola was visibly emotional as he marched out for the trophy presentation wearing a City shirt.

Goalscorer Foden said: “Its so hard to put into words what we’ve done today. I think now we’ve put ourselves in the history books, no team’s ever done it and you see what it means to the fans and what it means to us.

“We’ve been working all year for this moment. It’s such a special feeling today.

“You never get bored of it. I want this feeling every time. When you win something there’s no better feeling. I just want to keep winning as much as I can.

“All the lads have played in important games over the years, we’ve played this scenario a couple of times as well so I think it helps with the nerves.

“I thought today we looked confident and just played our football and in the end it paid off.”
