IN yet another legal blow for Sean Combs, a former model claimed in a lawsuit that she was promised career advancement in exchange for sexual favors.

Crystal McKinney claimed she met Combs, also known as Diddy, at a 2003 Men's Fashion Week event in New York City when he invited her back to his studio.

McKinney, who was 22 years old at the time, said Combs and several of his colleagues were drinking alcohol and smoking weed at the studio.

She took a hit, which she described as "very powerful," and claimed that the joint may have been laced with some other drug.

Combs allegedly ordered McKinney to follow him into the bathroom, according to the lawsuit.

McKinney claimed that Combs allegedly forced himself on her, kissing her, and shoving her head to his crotch before telling her to "suck it," according to the lawsuit.

The woman said she refused, but claims that Combs pushed her head down and forced her to perform oral sex on him.

McKinney said she later lost consciousness and woke up in a taxi, where she realized she had been sexually assaulted, read the lawsuit.

However, it's unclear from the lawsuit if she was referring to the alleged oral sex or another act that may have happened while she was unconscious.

After this, McKinney claimed she was blacklisted from the modeling industry and blamed herself for "sabotaging her own career," read the lawsuit.

She attempted suicide in 2004 and was hospitalized, according to the lawsuit.

McKinney was inspired to speak out after seeing the lawsuits filed by Cassie Ventura and others.

'TRULY SORRY'

The lawsuit comes just days after Combs broke his silence after a shocking video was released showing him physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Cassie, in 2016.

The disturbing footage showed Combs, wrapped in a towel, following Cassie down a hallway at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles.

Cassie had several bags with her as she waited for the elevator.

Combs was spotted striking her in the back of the head, throwing her to the floor, and kicking her as she lay motionless.

He grabs her bag and continues to kick her before dragging Cassie into the hallway.

In a video posted to Instagram, Combs apologized for his actions, saying it is "so difficult" to reflect on the "darkest times of your life."

"I was f***ked up," said Combs.

"I mean I hit rock bottom but I make no excuses. My behavior on that video is inexcusable."

He continued, "I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.

"I'm truly sorry," he said.

SETTLED IN COURT

The video appeared to match allegations Cassie made in a lawsuit filed against the rap mogul in November 2023.

In the lawsuit, Cassie claimed that on March 26, an "extremely intoxicated" Combs "punched her in the face, giving her a black eye."

"Ms. Ventura tried to leave the hotel room, but as she exited, Mr. Combs awoke and began screaming at Ms. Ventura," read court documents.

"He followed her into the hallway of the hotel while yelling at her. He grabbed at her and then took glass vases in the hallways and threw them at her, causing glass to crash around them as she ran to the elevator to escape."

The lawsuit alleged that Combs paid the hotel $50,000 for the video of the assault.

One day after the suit was filed, both parties involved settled.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Combs' reps for comment.
