The 36-year-old model ditched her underwear as she posed flat on her stomach with her feet in the air.
Rosie cheekily exposed her bottom in the daring snap while lying stretched out on her bed in front of a balcony and open window.
She took to social media to share the snap, among other pictures from her travels with her nearly 20million followers.
Rosie captioned it: "Morning in Cannes," with a French flag emoji.

The other photos showed her admiring her stunning sea view with her toned legs in the shot.
While she also uploaded a snap of her wearing chic white flared trousers, a classic white t-shirt and a sweatshirt around her waist.
Her nude snap immediately caught the attention of her fellow celeb pals, including model Heidi Klum who wrote: "Rosie cheeks," with a peach emoji.
While Made In Chelsea star Lucy Watson commented a flame emoji.
Just last month, Rosie wowed in pictures from her new Tiffany’s ad campaign.
She posted snaps of her in a cream silk dress on her Instagram with the caption: “Silky sweet.”
Earlier that month, Rosie’s actor fiance Jason Statham, 56, cracked it by dressing up as the Easter bunny for their two kids.

Rosie, who has two children with Jason, said she started the line as a backup plan for the future.
She said: “From very early on in my modelling career it became apparent to me that it wasn’t going to be forever, you have a shelf life.
“I wanted to make sure I had some form of security that didn’t just depend on my appearance.
I wanted to use my brain, explore it in different ways and try new things.”
Rosie is best known for her work with lingerie retailer Victoria's Secret.
The beauty was one of their brand "Angels".
