TOWIE star Dan Edgar has undergone an impressive body transformation ahead of the new series.
The TV favourite, 32, showed off his rippling six pack after a lifestyle overhaul.
Dan said he wanted to turn his life around to improve his body and relationship with girlfriend Amber Turner, 29.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Dan said: "I have had a bit of a lifestyle change - it felt like I needed to make some changes.
"I didn’t really have any drive and I was just going through the motions. No real purpose. When I first started the fitness journey, it had a knock on effect.

Dan said he has ditched junk food for healthy meal plans and is drinking less alcohol.
"A pal who is a personal trainer wanted to do a transformation - I have been on a meal plan, I started to do it for a few weeks and I am now a lot happier and my relationship is better," he explained.
"I still like a party and to I like to go out but I have got the balance a lot better.
"I wasn’t massively overweight, so just getting on a meal plan - leaning up and bulking up – putting on a bit of muscle and then at the weekend I still get a takeout."
Shedding some light on his new health regime, Dan said: "In the week I fast, so I don’t eat before 1pm or after 9pm, which is hard."
The Essex star - who is about to launch his own swimwear brand Beluga Swim and had been doing 18 weeks of training and meal plans with The Dvci Code, said the evenings can be a challenge as he has a big sweet tooth.
"I don’t mind in the morning – I don’t mind just having a coffee, I am never fussed about breakfast but late at night, I love chocolate.
"Sugar and drinking are some of the hardest things to give up."

"It is weird because I have put on muscle... my bod hasn’t changed that much.

"I am just really glad I did it, anyone out there who is feeling a bit down and sluggish about life, it is the best stuff to do - I've had a little shift of mindset."
Dan said these small changes have dramatically transformed his romantic relationship with girlfriend Amber, saying he is ready to take "accountability".
"Getting in the gym and changing.... has completely changed stuff, I needed it," he continued.
"I don’t want an average relationship.
"I don’t want it for myself and Amber didn’t want that so obviously putting more effort is way forward.
"We do more stuff together, everything I was doing was 30 per cent.
"So now I am just making more effort with stuff. Amber is really happy with it.
"She was moaning, but I wasn’t doing things, for a man to take accountability is hard...to lose your ego.
"I had to soul search and do a bit of digging."
Dan and fellow co-stars have headed off to Thailand to film special episodes of the ITVBe reality series, but their journey wasn't smooth sailing.
It's reported that the stars and producers were left "scrambling around" after their flights were suddenly cancelled without warning.
A source exclusively told The Sun Online: "Everything was planned perfectly but disaster struck when all the flights out there got cancelled.
"It's left everyone scrambling around to get the cast and crew out there so the schedule doesn't slide even more.
"The entire thing has been such a headache."
