A WOMAN has revealed her unusual methods for saving cash, including exercising on display bikes in local sports shops.
Jeni Cox will do anything to save cash, and spends 45 minutes a day hopping between various sporting shops, using their display equipment for her work out.
Speaking to TLC's Extreme Cheapskates, she said: "My habits may be extreme to some people, but they make me happy".
Jeni estimates that she saves around £60 a month by not paying for a gym membership.
She said that she has always been "cheap" and gets a "good feeling" when she doesn't spend money.

"I absolutely hate spending money on things that I can't see the next day, she said".
Jeni is a penny pincher in every aspect of her life, and only buys 4,5 litres of petrol at a time.
She said that this helps her to save cash, as it restricts where she can go.
Jeni said that she is "hardcore" when it comes to saving money on her bills, and swears by hacks such as placing a brick in her toilet cistern.
She explained: "Putting a brick in the back of it will make the water levels go up and it won't use as much water".
Since using this hack, Jeni said she has noticed a "huge" change in her water bill, as the family use 1600 less litres each month.
The mum-of-three has a large house with a pool, and has tried everything to save money on heating it.
To do this, she recycles old plastic containers, fills them with sand and puts them in the bottom of the pool.
This makes the pool a lot smaller, so she doesn't have to heat as much water up.

She said: "The chemicals that are in the pool are similar to the ones that are in laundry detergent.
"Running the washing machine costs money".
However, not all of Jeni's family members are impressed with her scrimping and one of her kids remarked: "Washing your clothes in the pool is weird.
"It makes me feel like I'm in 1812".
