Celine Dion appeared on the red carpet, accompanied by her son, Rene-Charles Angelil.
The duo were spotted at the New York City premiere of the I Am: Celine Dion documentary June 17. Celine wore a simplistic outfit including a tucked in silky white blouse. She tucked the top into a full length white dress which grazed the floor. The songstress cinched the outfit with a silver, glimmering belt.
Celine accessorized with layered, beaded bracelets. She wore her long, blonde hair down and went for a neutrally-toned makeup look with rosy eyelids. The star stood by her son who was dressed up for the occasion, too.

Rene-Charles, like his mother, kept his look sleek and tidy. He wore a black suit with a simple skinny black tie which was decorated with a small pin. He wore a pair of black dress shoes and accessorized with a large, metallic ring. His hair and beard were well-groomed.
The My Heart Will Go On singer was diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome, which is a rare autoimmune and neurological disorder, in Aug. 2022. It causes muscle spasms and sensitivity to noise, touch, temperature, and stress. The primary symptom is sore and stiff muscles which is where the name comes from.
The diagnosis came after her husband, Rene Angelil, who her child is named after, died from throat cancer. She told People: "I barely could walk at one point, and I was missing very much living. My kids started to notice. I was like, 'OK, they already lost a parent. I don't want them to be scared.'
"I let them know, 'You lost your dad, [but] mom has a condition and it's different. I'm not going to die. It's something that I'm going to learn to live with."
At the movie premiere, Celine discussed the kindness she felt radiating from the world amid her diagnosis. She told E! News: "For a long time—for so many years—I have felt the love and the support of my fans around the world. They helped me to get where I am today."
Explaining that she was initially nervous to tell her story, Celine added: "Because I respect my fans, my family, my kids, myself, they deserve to know."
