Justin Timberlake appears with bloodshot eyes in his mugshot that was released on Tuesday.
The star was arrested early Tuesday morning for allegedly Driving While Intoxicated in Sag Harbor in the Hamptons. Justin reportedly ran a stop sign and was seen "swerving" as he drove.
Justin was reportedly hanging out with friends in the American Hotel when he left around 12:30 A.M. and got in his car. He was reportedly driving to his residence before being pulled over. The star appeared in his mug shot with a stone-cold face, lacking any emotion. He appeared clean-cut and wore a black shirt.

He was allegedly driving under the influenceSources in law enforcement told TMZ that the Sexyback singer was "glassy-eyed" and the police smelled alcohol on his breath. He also apparently failed the field sobriety test where he was unable to walk and turn and balance on one leg.

However, he told police, "I had one martini and I followed my friends home," according to an arrest report obtained by People.
Justin's friends allegedly arrived at the scene and tried to persuade the cops to let Justin go, but they wouldn't budge. The singer was handcuffed and arrested before being taken into custody.
His court date is July 26 (AFP via Getty Images)The Suffolk County District Attorney issued a statement Tuesday morning that read: "On June 18, 2024, Justin Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor for Driving While Intoxicated. He will be arraigned in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court this morning. At this time, we have no further comment."
He arrived at court wearing a dark-colored band t-shirt underneath an open short sleeved black button up shirt. He tried to hide his identity the best he could with a black baseball cap and dark black sunglasses.
Justin was charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated and was cited for running a stop sign and a "failure to keep in his lane." The singer's court date is set for July 26 - the same day his European leg of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour kicks off in Krakow, Poland.
It's unclear how his world tour would be affected by his court date and arrest. His last show was June 15 in Miami at the Kaseya Center. Justin does seem concerned about the impact it might have, though. A source told Page Six, “Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.'"
As Justin contemplated that, the cop reportedly replied, "What tour?" The former boybander clarified that he was talking about his "world tour," but the police officer was supposedly confused as he didn't recognize Justin.
His next two shows take place in Chicago starting June 21. Justin will then head to New York to perform at Madison Square Garden for two days June 25 and 26.
