On January 11, 2019, Chris and Katherine announced their engagement after six months of dating.

The Jurassic World actor and the children's writer were married by June 8 of the abovementioned year.

On August 17, 2012, Chris and Anna welcomed a baby boy named Jack.

For both movie stars, Jack is their first child.

"He arrived earlier than expected and will be spending some time in the NICU," the pair's rep revealed to People.

"The happy parents thank you for your warm wishes and ask that you honor their privacy during this time."

On August 6, 2017, Chris and Anna announced they were separating.

"We tried hard for a long time and we're really disappointed," they explained via Facebook.

On August 6, 2020, Katherine and Chris announced the arrival of their daughter, Lyla.

Lyla is their first baby together and Chris' second child.

"We are beyond thrilled to announce the birth of our daughter, Lyla Maria Schwarzenegger Pratt," the couple told their fans via social media.

"We couldn’t be happier. Both mom and baby are doing great. We are extremely blessed. Love Katherine and Chris."

On May 21, 2022, Katherine and Chris welcomed their second daughter, Eloise Christina.

"We feel beyond blessed and grateful," they announced in an Instagram post.

While discussing her journey in motherhood, the former compared her daughters to her siblings.

"It's really interesting because of course I'm a year and a half older than Christina [Schwarzenegger]," she shared with the abovementioned outlet.

"So I don't remember everything about when she came home from the hospital and our dynamic right away.
"But my mom and dad say that it's very similar to the dynamic between Lyla and Eloise."
