Emeli Sande, Damage and Dane Bowers are set to join forces with Coleen Rooney for a major charity fundraiser in Manchester.

The multi BRIT-award winning singer Emeli Sande, will be teaming up with a host of musicians and celebrities for a significant charity fundraising event in Manchester on Thursday.

Boyband Damage and former Another Level singer Dane Bowers will also take the stage at the fundraising extravaganza in aid of the Sedulo Foundation - the charitable organisation established by leading mid-tier financial advisory firm, Sedulo.

Chart-topper Sande, known for her hit 'Read All About It', will headline the Colour Ball on 27 June. The event will also feature performances from Angie Brown and Ben Ofoedu of Phats & Small as they unite to raise funds to assist young people affected by poverty and social and economic disadvantages in some of the UK's major cities. #

Actress Sally Lindsay will host the night, while other famous faces and business leaders will also attend the annual event, which raised a net donation of £125,000 in 2023. Since its launch in 2023, the Sedulo Foundation has provided 2,500 young people with school essentials, sanitary products, and Christmas gifts, bringing the total number of young people Sedulo has supported since its inception 15 years ago to nearly 10,000.

In 2023, nearly 1,000 children were provided with essential school items and food vouchers, while 17,000 Christmas gifts were given to kids. Additionally, £22,000 worth of Christmas Dinner vouchers were distributed. The latest campaign has also seen young women receive a year's supply of sanitary products to combat the escalating issue of period poverty.

Cathryn Wright, Chair of the Sedulo Foundation, expressed:. "The 2024 Sedulo Foundation Colour Ball is shaping up to be an incredible evening as we bring together some of the biggest names from music, entertainment and business to help raise essential funds for some of the most disadvantaged young people in the UK."
