Katie Price's Mucky Mansion has been left derelict after bailiffs turned up today following her bankruptcy battle.
The OnlyFans star, 46, was asked to leave the sprawling property in Sussex after being declared bankrupt for the second time in March. The Pricey is now said to be downsizing to a four-bedroom property near Haywards Heath. However, her former home has been left in a right state, looking at recent snaps of the mansion.
As bailiffs and bank officials arrived at the 3.5 acre property today, the home can be seen strewn with rubbish, including a huge 5ft rusted sign of her daughter's name Princess, which is tossed in the muck heap by the stable block. An unwanted pink satin sofa, smashed up wardrobes, white goods and electrical appliances also lay abandoned throughout the Mucky Mansion.
Meanwhile, there is murky film of unsavoury-looking green algae covering the swimming pool, which looks like it should be condemned immediately.
Katie previously denied she was being evicted from the mansion on a recent episode of her podcast. She said: "My house isn’t being repossessed, I’m not being evicted and I’m not moving into a caravan, although if I had to live in a caravan, you know what the travellers have, I would love that. I’ll also have another announcement to make on the 28th, bring it on sunshine."
Katie Price shows off results of 'painful' breast op as she unbandages boobsHowever, a letter previously seen by The Sun was reportedly pinned to a fence outside the property ordering Katie to leave later this month.
It read: “The court has issued a warrant or writ for the possession of the above property (land) at the request of the claimant. A warrant gives a county court bailiff the authority to evict you and hand over possession to the claimant.”
Despite the notice, Katie has insisted it was her choice to leave her sprawling home and embark on a fresh start elsewhere. In a new interview, she said: "I've been wanting to get out of my old house for absolute years. It's been nothing but hell in there. I've not had any luck in that house, ever!" Katie told the MailOnline that she "hates" the Mucky Mansion and issued a warning to potential buyers.
"it is absolute cursed. My anxiety got worse with that house. There was a point when I couldn't even walk up the driveway without having a panic attack," she added. "I had therapy about the house. I should never have gone back there. Now I'm out of it it's the best thing I've ever done."
Katie moved out of her notorious Mucky Mansion at the end of May. Three removal trucks were pictured on the former glamour model's Horsham estate in West Sussex after she was declared bankrupt for a second time in March 2024, owing a whopping £761,994.05 to the HMRC. To add to her woes, a local skip company has estimated a cost in excess of £25,000 to remove all the rubbish from the home.
The mum-of-five is now set to move into her new pad, but has already irked her neighbours, according to reports, after she asked her Instagram fans for "help" moving her "hot tub to West Sussex".
