Camila Cabello has urged Drake and Kendrick Lamar to settle their feud over dinner.
The two rappers have been exchanging heated words in a series of dis tracks over recent weeks, leading the 'I Luv It' songstress to share her frustration watching the spat unfold.
The pop sensations' input was sought as Drake is featured on 'Hot Uptown' and 'Uuugly', two tracks from her latest album, 'C, XOXO'. Speaking to The Times, she voiced her distress stating: "It's so frustrating to see people talk about someone you know in a way that is negative. You're like, 'Dang, if only you guys could just have dinner or something.'".
The duet with the 'God's Plan' word artist came about after the ex-Fifth Harmony star embarked on the modern ritual of sliding into his DMs, admitting she never expected a reply. In her own words: "It's like a weird teenage thing where I feel that nobody cares about me or likes me. And it was fun to be proven wrong."
In another twist, Sheryl Crow recently criticised Drake for the "hateful" stunt of recreating Tupac Shakur's vocals using AI on 'Taylor Made Freestyle', one of his diss tracks targeting Kendrick. The 37 year old rapper employed artificial intelligence to mimic the sadly departed rapper's voice for his Kendrick Lamar takedown earlier this year - although the track was later yanked following legal threats from Tupac's estate - but Sheryl argued it should never have seen the light of day.
World Cup’s hottest fan hugs Drake at Leonardo DiCaprio's celeb-packed partyShe let rip on BBC, stating: "You cannot bring people back from the dead and believe they would stand for that. I'm sure Drake thought, 'Yeah, I shouldn't do it, but I'll say sorry later.' But it's already done, and people will find even if he takes it down. It's hateful. It is antiethical to the life force that exists in all of us."
