Gemma Collins tried on a pair of her old trousers to demonstrate her incredible weight loss with fans on social media.
The reality star, 43, has shared her weight loss journey with her Instagram followers, with the star posting videos of her workout routines and diet. And in a new video, she showed off her progress by putting on a pair of her old trousers which were noticeably too large for her.
"I'm on a shoot and I just want to show you that since I started [this diet] literally my trousers have got this big. Look at all this fabric that is excess. They're falling down but I just want to show you that," she said as she pulled back her trousers to show the gap between her leg and the fabric.
However, many fans weren't convinced by the post and rushed to the comment section to question its authenticity. One user said: "These are wide-leg trousers with an elasticated waist, they're supposed to be wide & roomy," while another posted: "She’s pulling an elasticated waistband, of course, they are going to have a lot of give in them. Also might be more believable without the tag on the leg!!"

In an interview from March, Eddie shared an insight into her routine. Eddie, who is also a social media sensation, revealed Gemma has a lot of energy and has made a 'conscious change' in a few weeks, resulting in her losing 20lbs in a fortnight.

"She said she feels good, and I hope it continues. I've got a lot of respect for her in that way because it's a complete lifestyle change," he said. Eddie, 60, focused on reducing meal frequencies and cutting down on overly processed foods and sugar in order to lose weight.
He added to Closer Magazine: "Gemma recently said to me, 'Eddie, I've got so much energy now that I'm actually only eating one meal a day and I'm not even hungry'. I said, 'Yes that's perfect'." Weeks before, Gemma shared a story on social media while she was out shopping for groceries.
In her update with fans, Gemma said: "I am determined not to let anything stop me after just losing under a stone. So I'm shopping now with Selina and Eddie and we're going to load up the shopping so I stay on track for this week, let's go." Gemma was seen packing the trolley with nuts, salad, and various meat and vegetables.
