![Elite cars, private jets, and cryptocurrency: the life of the new Ukrainian millionaire from Kharkiv, Vladyslav Miroshnychenko](/upload/news/2025/01/10/297443.jpg?20250110162144)
In August 2024, investigators from the Economic Security Bureau initiated a criminal case against Oleksandr Slobozhenko, a blogger and the owner of the company "Traffic Devils," on charges of massive tax evasion amounting to more than 231 million UAH.
The detectives of BES seized eight of Slobozhenko’s sports cars and several of his apartments in Kyiv. This situation forced us to pay attention to other personalities.
This is reported in an investigation by blackboxosint.com
A young 26-year-old Kharkiv resident, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko, a couple of years ago served guests in Kharkiv bars and hookah lounges, and today he spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on luxury sports cars, overseas travels, private plane rentals, and expensive real estate in the capital. His income of unclear origin is converted into cryptocurrency, thus hiding it from the state and avoiding tax payment.
It turns out that during martial law, one can not only evade military service in the Armed Forces but also dodge paying taxes, which are critically needed by the country to maintain defense. The result — for unpaid taxes, one can «buy» a deferment from the army and live a «better» life, fly on private planes, switch the priciest foreign cars to one’s mood, and buy apartments in elite residential complexes in the capital.
26-year-old Kharkiv resident Vladyslav Myroshnychenko: from hookah bar employee to dollar millionaire
We decided to look into who these new millionaires are, who are so boldly living their young years in a war-torn country, and found that law enforcement has not yet focused on another interesting character, who in his young 26 years literally in two years of a full-scale war «soared» from a simple hookah bar employee to a dollar millionaire flaunting his luxurious life on social media.
This is about Vladyslav Myroshnychenko, a native of Kharkiv, who is a friend of Oleksandr Slobozhenko: judging by Vlad’s Instagram page, they celebrated a birthday together in the Carpathians.

Myroshnychenko’s lifestyle is not much different from the lifestyle of his «colleagues»: equally luxurious trips abroad, equally expensive sports cars, and more. The only thing that distinguishes them is that Vlad hides his face in all the photos he posts online. However, we managed to find his photo without a blurred face.
Vladyslav Myroshnychenko
A few two or three years ago, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko was just an ordinary young guy from Kharkiv from an ordinary family living in a typical apartment building on Merefyanske highway — on the outskirts of the city near an industrial zone. In the Getcontact app, his previous personal mobile number is recorded by telephone subscribers as the following: «Vlad Bartender Metropol», «Vlad Chill Out», «Vlad Security Agency Masks», «Vlad Letopark Competitors», «Vlad Infinity Bar Internship». Chill Out, Infinity and Litopark are the names of Kharkiv bars and hookah lounges where the then 23-year-old Vladyslav Myroshnychenko worked. Until full-scale war broke out.
Once the war started, according to BlackBox OSINT, the guy left Kharkiv and spent about four months in Zakarpattia — until July 2022. Having sat out the first months in the «calmest» region, Vlad moved to Kyiv, where his life was completely different. The typical «panel» changed to an elite residential complex "French Quarter 2", and instead of public transport, he started acquiring one by one new elite cars. First, a BMW X6 of the year 2020 costing approximately 85,000 dollars, then — a 2023 Porsche Cayenne for 140 thousand dollars.
Then, on January 26, 2024, Myroshnychenko bought a brand new 2023 BMW M3 for 133,500 dollars, and later a Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 2024 for another 280,000 dollars. Over two years of war, the former bartender and hookah employee made purchases only of vehicles totaling nearly 650,000 USD, which is almost 27 million hryvnias at today’s exchange rate.

And that’s just the cars. After living a bit in a rented apartment in the «French Quarter», Vladyslav in October 2023 acquired a 105-square-meter apartment in the no less elite capital’s residential complex "Triiinity" and, according to the Register of Rights to Real Estate, registered it under his mother’s name, Olha Myroshnychenko. The cost of such an apartment in this complex is approximately 350,000 USD.
Later, in November 2023, Myroshnychenko bought and registered two 18-square-meter parking spaces in the same "Triiinity" for himself worth about 68,000 dollars each. When there are many cars, you have to park them somewhere. Thus, in a short period, the 26-year-old Vladyslav Myroshnychenko spent approximately 480,000 USD on purchasing real estate.
He also spent at least 297,000 USD on a Richard Mille watch and another about 30,000 on a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, which he flaunted to his subscribers on Instagram.
Expensive watches Richard Mille and Rolex Cosmograph Daytona, which Vladyslav Myroshnychenko flaunted on his Instagram
Also not left out is Vladyslav’s girlfriend — 23-year-old Polina Polozenko, who likewise on Instagram publicly demonstrates her luxury life, travels a lot, wears branded clothes, and sports jewelry from Tiffany, Cartier, Van Cleef, and accessories from Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Although, she registered her private entrepreneurship to engage in computer programming only on April 5, 2024, and in these 5 months it has not brought her any profits yet.

Nonetheless, on June 4, 2024, Polina became the owner of a 2021 Mercedes-Benz C 200. The average cost of such a car is 58,500 US dollars. Considering that the girl does not work anywhere, her newly established private entrepreneurship does not bring in profits, and she has no other clear sources of income, it is more than likely that the expensive car, jewelry, and branded items she receives from her boyfriend, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko.

Vlad Myroshnychenko — from an ordinary family with no special income. So where does the boy get the money?
Where does such money come from a boy who only recently earned from tips at the bar? Perhaps one of his relatives suddenly became rich? Hardly. The boy’s mother, 47-year-old Olha Myroshnychenko, only registered a private entrepreneurship in April this year at her place of residence in Kharkiv with the type of activity as retail trade of clothing in specialized stores, and according to photos from her Facebook page, she gives the impression of an ordinary modest woman who cannot afford financially to buy an apartment for 350 thousand dollars in the center of Kyiv.
Maybe Vladyslav’s brother, 22-year-old Stanislav Myroshnychenko, achieved some success? But no, Stanislav, like his brother recently, also works as a hookah server in Kharkiv bars. This is evidenced by the signatures of his mobile number in the phone books of subscribers: "Stas Hookahs, "Stas Hookah KTZ", "Stas Myroshnychenko Vlad’s brother", "Hookahs in Letopark", "Kropa’s brother (hookah)", "Hookahman Letopark". And, as it turns out, in the same "Letopark" bar where Vladyslav worked. According to the Register of Rights to Real Estate, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko’s brother doesn’t own any real estate or vehicles.
So, what is the secret of success for a guy from an ordinary family, who suddenly had more than 1.5 million dollars for purchasing cars, real estate, and expensive watches? This does not even account for visits to expensive restaurants and costly overseas travels by private planes, which he flaunts on his Instagram.
Judging by his Instagram page, Myroshnychenko regularly prefers, traveling abroad, to spend money on private planes and helicopters
How Myroshnychenko freely crosses the border and enjoys vacations in Europe and the Middle East
According to Blackbox OSINT, during the martial law and restrictions for military service leavers, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko has made eight foreign trips. Thus, among others, in February and March 2023, he was in the United Arab Emirates. From July 7 to July 19, 2023 — in Barcelona, Spain. From December 9 to 16, Vladyslav spent a week in the Czech Republic and Austria, then the New Year holidays from January 4 to 14, 2024 — in Switzerland, where he flew with his girlfriend and friends on a private helicopter in the Alps.
A month later he flew again to the UAE, where he vacationed for three weeks from February 17 to March 7. And from April 22 to August 29, 2024, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko traveled for more than four months through Saudi Arabia, France, Moldova, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, and Switzerland. Legal grounds for his trips for rest in Europe and the Middle East cannot be found. Likely, like many of his friends, Vladyslav could afford to buy a certificate of unfitness for military service, with which he lives his "better life".
How much does Vladyslav Myroshnychenko officially earn?
This is all about expenses. Now let’s look at the official income of the guy — where do they come from and do they match with these unimaginable expenses.
As is known from open registry data, after moving to Kyiv on September 13, 2022, Vladyslav registered a private entrepreneurship with as many as 35 types of activities — from bread production, restaurant business, activities of sports clubs, and advertising agencies to computer programming, which was chosen as the main type of activity. What exactly does Myroshnychenko engage in from this? According to our data, throughout this time, his private entrepreneurship has only been working with other private entrepreneurs, primarily in the field of restaurant business and mobile catering. However, we found no evidence that the 26-year-old Myroshnychenko genuinely engages in the restaurant business, and thus we draw the conclusion that all operations and all transactions, through which money passed via this private entrepreneurship, are fictitious.
And this is proven by the fact. Vladyslav Myroshnychenko’s private entrepreneurship’s income in 2022 amounted to 694,000 UAH (18,980 USD), in 2023 — 5,216,346 UAH (138,900 USD), and in 2024 as of September — only 4000 UAH (100 USD). The amount of income received in 2023 almost precisely matches the amount Myroshnychenko spent on purchasing two parking spaces in "Triiinity" — 137,240 USD. There is no need to confirm income for car purchases, but to pass financial monitoring when paying for property purchases, one needs to somehow confirm the origin of the money. Likely, Myroshnychenko did this by "running" this money through his private entrepreneurship, making fictitious agreements with other private entrepreneurship, ostensibly for restaurant and mobile catering services.
And, let’s agree, it’s somewhat strange for a «successful» private entrepreneur earning over 5 million UAH in 2023 to suddenly earn only 100 dollars in 2024. Also weird is that regarding Myroshnychenko’s expenses, 2024 has been more than fruitful: he purchased himself two super-expensive cars and another for his girlfriend. But regarding income, he has presumably been living on 100 dollars for 9 months.
The discrepancy between the income and expenses of the former bartender now reaches a minimum of 1.4 million dollars. In other words, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko spends 10 times more than he earns. Again, this does not include his expenses for foreign travel with private planes and helicopters, with photos of which he posts on his Instagram.

How Vladyslav Myroshnychenko created the fictitious company Mirror Reflection
So, if the private entrepreneurship was created only for the fictitious legalization of money, where do they come from? In the account description nobodyknows.satoshi on Instagram, which belongs to Vladyslav, there is a link to another page named Mirror Reflection — a project that sells cryptocurrency trading learning courses, that is, buying and selling cryptocurrency for profit. According to open data, Myroshnychenko created this company in March 2023.
On the project’s website one can choose and buy one of several courses: for beginners in the world of crypto trading, the Crypto from Zero course for 399 dollars, a 1x1 course for 4999 dollars for those who want a personal mentor to accompany them throughout the learning period of working with cryptocurrency, and also a subscription to Networks is sold for 99 dollars a month, where one can receive information from experienced traders on how best to behave in the cryptocurrency market.
In other words, the project deals with the sale of educational services. In the public offer agreement of the site, it is stated that the provision of services, the list of which is posted on the site, is carried out by LLC "Industrial Retail". The director and sole founder of this LLC is our hero Vladyslav Myroshnychenko, and the registration address of the company is the same Kharkiv apartment near the industrial zone where Vladyslav, his mother, and brother are registered.
But what’s interesting is. This LLC, according to OpendataBot data, was called LLC "Kokhnivskyi Quarry" in January 2024, and the main type of activity of the company is still wholesale trade of timber. According to reports, the company employs 1 person — that is, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko himself, and the company’s profit for 2023 was 0 UAH.
However, Vladyslav positions Mirror Reflection as a successful company with at least two offices — in Pechersk District of Kyiv and in Spain. He published photos of these offices on his Instagram.
However, it turned out that all this is as fictitious as the private entrepreneurship of Myroshnychenko. The Mirror Reflection office in Pechersk turned out to be the office of "Vostok" Bank at Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard 26, whose sign Myroshnychenko simply changed in Photoshop to the logo of his project.
On his social networks, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko passes off the "Vostok" bank office in Kyiv as his company’s Mirror Reflection office
The published photo allegedly of the Mirror Reflection office in Spain is actually a photo of the Bike Center Astoria bike shop in Spain, whose sign has also simply been redrawn in a photo editor.
The Mirror Reflection office in Spain turned out to be the office of the Bike Center Astoria bike shop, whose photo Vladyslav Myroshnychenko simply redrew in a photo editor
So in reality, Mirror Reflection has no offices, and Vladyslav Myroshnychenko is just misleading his subscribers by creating the image of a legitimate and successful businessman. And if he does indeed earn money by selling courses on cryptocurrency trading, then that money certainly bypasses the LLC "Industrial Retail," which has no registered employees. This means that Myroshnychenko does not pay any taxes.

Friends of Vladyslav Myroshnychenko: an athlete and domestic abuser who suddenly became businessmen
There is another company where Vladyslav Myroshnychenko is a co-founder along with several other people. This is LLC "Ikigai Group" with the main activity of leasing and operating own or leased real estate. Along with Myroshnychenko, the co-founders of the company are Yevhen Trusov, Mykhaylo Uvarov, Oleksandr Horkushyn, Vitalii Dukhopelov, and Maksym Yakupov. The company was recently founded on February 20, 2024, and its authorized capital currently amounts to 16 million 530 thousand UAH.
It is likely that this company is also fictitious, as there is no financial reporting, no information on profits. However, the characters of its co-founders are interesting.
For example, 30-year-old Kharkiv resident Yevhen Trusov.
According to media, he is a master of sports of international class in rugby league, a player of the national team of Ukraine, a European champion, and a multiple-time champion and holder of the Ukrainian Rugby League Cup.
At the same time, according to his Instagram page, until 2020, he worked as a rehabilitation specialist, dealing with scoliosis treatment and body correction. The signatures of his mobile number in the contact books of subscribers indicate that he also worked as a security guard in the Kharkiv restaurant Altbier, a driver, an expediter, a coach, and a rehabilitation specialist at the Bubnovsky Medical Center in Kharkiv.
Before becoming one of the co-founders of LLC "Ikigai Group" with Myroshnychenko, Yevhen Trusov worked as a rehabilitation therapist at the Bubnovsky center in Kharkiv. Screenshot from Yevhen Trusov’s Instagram page
However, of interest besides other things are tags like "Zhenya Office Khark" and "Zhenya Offices" because taking into account that Yevhen from an early age dedicated his life to a sports career, worked as a security guard, driver, rehabilitation therapist, and trainer, these signatures seem suspicious because none of the listed professions involve office work. We will explain what the tags "Offices" might mean later. In the meantime, let’s take a look at what Trusov is doing after the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine.
On September 13, 2022, Yevhen Trusov registered his private entrepreneurship (FOP) with the primary activity of computer programming. On exactly the same day, with the exact same type of activity, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko also registered his FOP.
Then, on October 18, 2023, Trusov founded LLC "Billiard", which, according to registries, is engaged in restaurant activities and mobile food services. It is involved in these activities to such an extent that there are still no officially employed workers and, according to the financial report for 2023, this LLC did not generate any income. On February 10, 2023, Trusov became a founder of the charitable foundation "Fund 1654," and on May 11, 2024, he became one of the founders and beneficiaries of LLC "Eco Sapropel", which is involved in the production of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds. But that’s not all. As of June 7, 2024, Yevhen Trusov founded another LLC "Community Cloud Keeper" with the type of activity being advertising agencies.
The number of firms registered by athlete and security guard Trusov with such a diversity of their activities and also a charitable fund in addition — all of this seems like these might be fictitious companies, likely created for the legalization of unofficial income.
Three days before Vladyslav Myroshnychenko and Yevhen Trusov synchronously registered their private entrepreneurship, on September 10, 2022, another co-founder of LLC "Ikigai Group," Vitalii Dukhopelov, also did so — another Kharkiv resident, who recently, according to the Register of Rights to Real Estate, is the owner of two garages, №114 and №115, in one of the most expensive residential complexes "Boulevard of Fountains" in Kyiv. The main CEA of his Private Entrepreneurship — restaurant activities, providing mobile food services. It is likely that with his private entrepreneurship, among others, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko concludes deals for money laundering.
Moreover, on November 8, 2023, Myroshnychenko’s associate founded LLC "Success Eds" with its main activity being advertising agencies. According to the company’s financial report, it is not profitable. Nevertheless, the young man has an Audi SQ8 2021, which costs today from 80 to 100 thousand US dollars, and which, according to BlackBox OSINT, he lent to Vladyslav Myroshnychenko to travel abroad in February 2023.
But the most interesting among Myroshnychenko’s circle is another co-founder of LLC "Ikigai Group" — a 39-year-old native of the Murmansk region of the Russian Federation, a resident of Kharkiv Mykhaylo Uvarov, aka "French." Like Myroshnychenko, Trusov, and Dukhopelov, he on September 13, 2022, registered a private entrepreneurship with its main activity in computer programming. Like other friends, he also did not remain without his firm, having registered on June 5, 2024, LLC "Impact Innovation" with the same type of activity.
Uvarov has a very rich background. At the end of 2018, Mykhaylo, who at that time still bore the surname Kuritsyn (changed to Uvarov in 2021), was announced wanted by the police on suspicion of committing theft along with his accomplice, committed on a large scale. In the Dzerzhynskyi District Court of the city of Kharkiv in 2019, criminal proceedings №12018220480004858 and №12019220510000478 were considered against Uvarov and his partner for committing crimes under part 4 Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court case lasted two years, after which Kuritsyn changed his surname to Uvarov.

As reported by some media, Uvarov, who was involved in car thefts, boasted to friends that he had bribed a judge with $10,000. Judging by the fact that he never ended up in prison and instead became one of the co-founders of Vladyslav Myroshnychenko’s company, this seems to be true. In any case, it appears that he did not face real responsibility for his crimes.
Additionally, Mykhaylo Uvarov is also known in Kharkiv for committing domestic violence against his wife, Kateryna Uvarova. In December 2021, an incident recorded by passersby occurred when Uvarov’s BMW X5 stopped in the middle of the road on Svoboda Square in Kharkiv, and his wife was shouting "Let go!" from the open car door, trying to break free from his grasp. Later, in February 2022, Kateryna Uvarova recorded and distributed a video appeal online calling for help in punishing Mykhaylo Uvarov for the violence and threats he was subjecting her to.
"Who can help in the fight against domestic violence? I’ve been in this situation for 5 years and can’t escape because he could simply kill or mutilate me, as he has promised all these years," Kateryna Uvarova said on camera at the time. The police responded and detained Uvarov at a kindergarten where he had come for the children. Allegedly, he was later forbidden from seeing the children, but the story ended there. Nevertheless, Mykhaylo Uvarov is involved in numerous administrative, civil, and criminal cases, including for domestic violence, thefts, and other offences.
Is Vladyslav Myroshnychenko and his friends involved in fraud through illegal call centers?
In the GetContact application, Uvarov’s mobile number is also tagged as "Misha Sasha Crypto" and "Misha Office." Remember, we already mentioned that one of the co-founders of "Ikigai Group," Yevhen Trusov, is also tagged as "Zhenya Office Khark" and "Zhenya Offices"? According to insider information from BlackBox OSINT, Mykhaylo "French" is involved in the illegal activities of call centers that call citizens and fraudulently make them transfer money to them.
As it is known, such call centers are often referred to as "offices" among fraudsters. Likely, Yevhen Trusov, who, as we noted, devoted his life to a sports career and did not work in an office, is tagged so by subscribers also due to connections with illegal call centers. Moreover, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko’s number is tagged by some subscribers as "Vladyk Lemonadik Office," "Friend of Dukh Office," "Vlad Office 1."
The phone numbers of Vladyslav Myroshnychenko, Yevhen Trusov, and Mykhaylo Uvarov are tagged by subscribers with the tag "Offices." Screenshot from GetContact
According to our information, financial deployment activities of call centers and building customer databases for dialing are managed by Oleksandr Shatun, who is one of Vladyslav Myoshnychenko’s friends. Oleksandr Shatun is the co-founder of LLC "Fragment Agency", positioning itself as an advertising agency. The second co-founder is Prokhor Huz, known online as Cryptomannn, who is one of the closest friends of Vladyslav Myroshnychenko.
Crypto trading or call centers: what exactly do Vladyslav Myroshnychenko and his friends engage in for a living?
It is difficult to answer this question unequivocally. Illegal call centers are one of the hypotheses on how former hookah worker Vladyslav Myroshnychenko earns his multi-million-dollar income, which allows him to buy sports cars and apartments. The second hypothesis is income from cryptocurrency services of the Mirror Reflection project. Together with Prokhor Huz, Vladyslav Myroshnychenko submitted applications for the registration of the trademark ExBid — a cryptocurrency exchange service operating in Kharkiv and Kyiv and «tied» to Myroshnychenko’s Mirror Reflection project services, the income from which reportedly vanishes in cryptocurrency, bypassing taxation.
In any case, considering the fact that of all the companies where Myroshnychenko is registered as a founder or co-founder, none reflects any observable cash flow, and only his private entrepreneurship appears conditionally profitable (although those official incomes, as we have noted, are at best 10 times less than the expenses of the 26-year-old crypto expert), it appears that most of the money, regardless of where it is obtained, is not taxed.
Moreover, the fact that former bartenders, hookah masters, drivers, rehabilitation therapists, and thieves registered identical private entrepreneurship on the same day, suddenly becoming programmers, crypto experts, and crypto traders, raises many questions, which law enforcement agencies must certainly address.
Where and from whom do these young guys, who were nobodies yesterday, today in the midst of a full-scale war, acquire millions of dollars and demonstrate how they exchange one sports car for another worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, fly private jets, and helicopters around the world, dress their girlfriends in branded jewelry, etc.? Isn’t it time for the tax authorities and the BES in a country searching for ways to increase taxes amidst a search to balance a deficit budget to pay attention to young cryptocurrency specialists who seem to be throwing money around, ostensibly unaware of where else to spend it?
