After defeat, FC Mindwell players leave hole in locker room wall

The vandalism was discovered following a match between FC Mindwell and Lurgan Town FC.

The match ended in a 3-2 victory for Lurgan Town FC.

Following their win, the team took to Facebook to share their match report and included a photo of a hole that appeared to have been punched into one of the changing room walls at Gordon Playing Field.

A caption posted with the picture said: “Lurgan Town would like to take the opportunity to remind clubs when visiting, to please respect our facilities at all times.

"We work hard, on and off the pitch, and take pride in the place we call home. Vandalism will not be tolerated.”

“Best wishes to Lurgan Town FC for the remainder of the season.”
