Former President Donald Trump’s family is entering the mobile communications market with its own wireless carrier.
This was reported by Bloomberg.
The company presents itself as one that uses only U.S.-made equipment.
Trump’s sons, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., unveiled the service — called T1 Mobile — on Monday at Trump Tower in New York, marking the 10th anniversary of their father’s announcement that he would run for president in the 2016 election.
The Trump-branded service announced it will leverage the network infrastructure of all three major U.S. carriers — T-Mobile US Inc., Verizon Communications Inc., and AT&T Inc.
The company is also producing its own Android device in the United States, which will reportedly cost $499 and come in a “sleek gold” edition.
