$500,000 for silence from journalists: Donald Trump Jr. invites MAGA friends into “The Executive Authority”

Donald Trump Jr. has found a new way to capitalize on wealthy MAGA supporters who want to live closer to the White House and the President. He is launching an exclusive private club open only to devoted fans of the “Make America Great Again” movement.

Named “The Executive Authority”, the members-only club will be located in Washington D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood and will charge a $500,000 initiation fee, along with annual dues — the exact amount of which has not yet been disclosed, according to The Washington Post.

Trump Jr.’s business partner in the venture, Omid Malik, said the club’s goal is to offer a space that is “Republican-friendly.”

“During the 2024 campaign, many of us formed strong friendships, and we wanted a place to reconnect when our paths cross in Washington,” he explained. “There aren’t many options that are truly Republican-friendly. We needed a space where friends could talk without worrying their conversations would end up in the press the next day.”

For those looking to get a taste of the club lifestyle, an apartment in the same building is currently listed for $710,000.

Notably, even the club’s menu will reflect the health guidelines promoted by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., featuring plenty of beef tallow and minimal vegetable oil.

The menu will include a broad selection of American classics, as well as Mediterranean and Japanese dishes, along with an extensive cocktail list and premium wines.

Membership in the club will be tiered, with only 200 spots offered in the initial round — a move that has already generated a long waiting list.

Among the founding members are several high-profile figures, including crypto entrepreneurs Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, tech investor David Sacks, and venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya.

Only a select group has been invited to become founding members or join the highest (and most expensive) tier of membership, though other, more affordable options are also available, with entry fees reportedly in the low six-figure range.

According to Omid Malik, the goal is to create a truly luxurious experience for club members — one that can rival the world’s most exclusive private venues, such as No. 5 Hertford Street in London or Carriage House in Palm Beach.

However, real estate experts note that while Georgetown — the Washington neighborhood where the club will be located — is quite respectable, it falls short of being considered truly elite.
