Woman alleged to have concealed property ownership to obtain benefits in the UK

A 67-year-old woman from Tenby will appear in Crown Court this November for two historic offences of benefit fraud.

Denise Ludbrook, of Green Crescent, was charged with dishonestly making a false statement to obtain a benefit, having told Pembrokeshire County Council in 2010 that other than the home she lived in, she did not own any other property or land - to obtain housing benefit; and stating to the DWP in 2019 that she did not hold any property either in the UK or abroad - to obtain Employment and Support Allowance.
