King Charles was seen putting on a brave face as he arrived at Sandringham before Andrew faced the final humiliation of losing his naval title.

The monarch was spotted waving a cheerful goodbye to Reverend Canon Dr. Paul Williams after leaving a church service at St Mary Magdalene Church on the Norfolk estate today.

This follows a week of controversy for the royal family as Andrew was again embroiled in the ongoing Epstein scandal.

He ceased using the title His Royal Highness in an official capacity after being accused of sexual abuse in a civil case brought by Ms. Guiffre in the US.

Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing.

In a surprise announcement on Thursday evening, the palace declared that Andrew would lose his last remaining title – Prince – and be ordered to vacate his residence on the Windsor estate.

Andrew, 65, currently has three months to leave the 30-room property, Royal Lodge, where he resides — as per the King's orders.

His former wife has found private accommodation and will not live with Andrew for the first time since 2008.

Charles made the final decision to strip Andrew of his titles and evict him, with support from Camilla, William, and the wider family.

This development comes as pressure is mounting for a Scotland Yard inquiry into the disgraced former prince.

It has now been revealed that the King wants Andrew Mountbatten Windsor stripped of his last honorary military rank, according to the Defence Secretary.

Andrew was made a vice admiral on his 55th birthday in 2015 and maintained the rank even after relinquishing his other military positions in 2022.

John Healey said on Sky's Sunday Morning with Trevor Phillips: “We’ve seen Andrew give up the military positions he’s held, and we’re now looking at the one remaining position he has, which is the honorary vice admiral position, and we’re working on that process.”

He also appeared on the BBC's Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg, saying: “This is the right move, it’s what the King has indicated we should do, and we’re working on it at the moment.”

Mr. Healey added that King Charles “indicated that’s what he wants.”

The King was seen walking through the estate's gardens just days after allegedly deciding to strip his brother of his titles over a phone call.

Charles appeared content as he arrived at the church for a Sunday service, shaking hands with the reverend upon entry.

He was later seen bidding a cheerful goodbye to the reverend after the service concluded.

The church at Sandringham is regularly used by family members when they stay at the estate.

There had been growing calls for Andrew’s removal from his home on the Windsor estate long before the King issued his eviction notice.

Now it is understood that the disgraced royal will be relocated to one of five properties on the Sandringham estate in the new year.

The King is expected to privately fund this move, which will see Andrew downsizing from his previous 30-room country estate.

The dispute between the King and his brother has lasted for nearly three years as the monarch sought to oust the former duke due to his ties to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

Now, Andrew faces further humiliation amid reports that the Royal Collection Trust will remove artworks displayed at Royal Lodge since the Queen Mother's time.

The Monarch’s surprise announcement on Thursday clarified that the actions against Andrew were deemed necessary despite his continued denial of any wrongdoing.

It stated: “Their Majesties wish to emphasize that their thoughts and deepest sympathies are, and will remain, with the victims and survivors of any and all forms of abuse.”

This marks the first time since 1919 that a Prince or Princess has been stripped of their birthright title.

Prince Ernest Augustus was the last royal to lose the Prince title when his British title was revoked for siding with Germany during World War I.
