Police were called to Barwell Infant School at 7:30 am on Townend Road in Barwell, near Hinckley. A man's body has been found at an infant school in Leicestershire.
Images show police and forensic vans inside the playground. It is understood children were not on the grounds at the time of the discovery. Officers remain at the scene while an investigation takes place.
Leicestershire Police confirmed the death is being treated as non-suspicious.

One person who lives on the street told Leicestershire Live: ‘It’s usually a quiet road, I mean, you can hear the kids at break time, but not much goes on.

‘I opened my curtains at the usual time and saw police cars and an ambulance.’
A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police said: ‘Shortly after 7:30 am today a report was received stating the body of a man had been found in Townend Road, Barwell.
‘Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
‘His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
‘Identification of the deceased is a matter for HM Coroner.’
