The media have found mentions of Russian rapper Pharaoh in the “Epstein files.” One of the scouts offered the millionaire a friend of the singer, and Epstein asked whether she was still in a relationship with Pharaoh. His strict requirement was that girls staying with him must not have boyfriends. Correspondence with Russian scouts also suggests that Epstein sometimes began grooming girls from a very young age, and gifts could include trips to Disneyland.
The story of financier Jeffrey Epstein is not only about the infamous island and his extensive connections, which reached the level of members of royal families. In the files published on the website of the U.S. Department of Justice, one can still find unique information not only about VIP individuals, but also about those who served Epstein himself and his guests.
For example, about girls from Russia who were constantly sought for Epstein through modeling agencies, acquaintances, and even relatives—by his assistants and by women who had already gone through a “meeting” with the financier themselves.
The media examined data on some models from Russia who corresponded with JEE, visited him, and later themselves became scouts for finding “fresh blood.” The scale is staggering. There were so many women from Russia that even Epstein’s own assistants became confused by them.
One characteristic episode dates back to November–December 2018, immediately after the release of the Apple Watch Series 4 (presented in September 2018). Jeffrey Epstein ordered that new watches be purchased and given as gifts to the most active girls. But confusion followed.
On November 19, 2018, in correspondence among Epstein’s office staff—including Leslie Groff (Epstein’s long-time assistant), Richard Kahn (HBRK Associates), and accounting—a direct question appeared: “Which Dasha should receive the Apple Watch?” A list followed: Dasha Burak, Dasha Suchkova, Dasha Taranova.

That is, there were at least three models named Dasha who had visited Epstein.
Assistants discussed this among themselves, trying to determine whom Jeffrey meant. One wrote that he was “100% sure it was Dasha Burak,” while another clarified that “there are several Dashas who visit JE in Paris.”
The emails separately discussed order specifications: 40 or 44 mm size, case color, GPS + Cellular, delivery to Europe. In December 2018, Leslie Groff additionally wrote to Epstein about the technical aspects of purchasing watches for Paris, London, and Moscow—down to where it would be best to buy them so the cellular function would work.
And again—Dasha. This time, a vivid illustration involved money transfers. On December 3, 2018, Bella Klein (an office employee) apologized to Epstein for an erroneous transfer of several thousand dollars. It turned out she had mistakenly sent the money to Dasha Burak instead of another model (another Dasha)—Dasha Belova. Epstein replied with just one word: “Happens.”

Over time, the model from Novosibirsk, Dasha Burak, changed her status from guest to organizer. In June 2019, correspondence between Jeffrey Epstein and her directly spelled out the financier’s requirements. On June 12, Burak wrote to him from Milan: “We’re trying to meet more girls, but some have tattoos…”
This was a recruitment report. The correspondence noted that finding girls “the way you want—without tattoos and without boyfriends” was not easy. Criteria such as “energy” and whether someone had “matured” were discussed. This was not about legal age—Epstein simply did not consider candidates over 25.
In mid-June 2019, Jeffrey Epstein and Daria Burak discussed an incident. The outraged financier stated that his health had been seriously endangered due to the carelessness of a model named Asia, whom Burak had previously introduced to him.
On June 15, Epstein wrote: “What day are you arriving in Paris? Can you bring her?” adding: “Bring her, I will pay for the trip and the time.” On June 16, the tone changed dramatically: “I sent her back to London.” The reason was that the girl had not disclosed that she was in a relationship.
Epstein stated: “She put me at risk… I don’t want to be around people who risk my health.” He added that she should have written in advance: “This is what happened… what should I do before coming?”
Burak replied: “I will talk to her” and acknowledged that the girl had told the truth—but only after arriving. Epstein responded: “This is bad. I cannot get sick.”
At the same time, that same month, Daria Burak brought her younger sister Alexandra to Epstein. At the time, Alexandra was 18 years old. On June 8, 2019, Burak wrote to Epstein that she was in London and meeting her sister. Together with the financier, they went to Disneyland, after which he wrote to Daria that he was dissatisfied with Alexandra’s feedback.
Epstein noted that he had not received a “thank you” from the girl. When her sister pointed out that gratitude had been conveyed earlier in messages, Epstein replied that he expected a personal response. The response followed shortly thereafter: Alexandra Burak herself wrote to the sponsor, thanking him for making her dream (Disneyland) come true.

There is no reliable data as to whether this meeting was the first. However, the Epstein files contain a receipt for baked goods from a well-known bakery chain with delivery in New York, addressed to a recipient named Burak A. In 2016—when Alexandra Burak was 16 years old.
On June 12, Burak sent Epstein a link to an Instagram account—“victoriaperusheva”—and discussed her as a candidate. She wrote: “How did you like yesterday’s girl? She has good energy…” Epstein уточified: “Is she your sister’s friend?” Burak confirmed.
He then asked a specific question: “The one who has a musician boyfriend?” Burak replied: “Yes.” She then added that the girl had “broken up” with the musician.
This referred to model Victoria Perusheva, who at that time was dating rapper Pharaoh.
All of this correspondence dates to June 2019—literally a week before Epstein’s arrest on July 6. By that time, the financier had been a registered sex offender for many years following the 2008 plea deal, and in 2018 his past had once again been actively discussed in the media.
